Well-Known director Sudha Kongara, who is presently shooting with Akshay Kumar for her Hindi film, which is the remake of her super hit Tamil film ‘Soorarai Pottru’ with Suriya, seems to have injured herself and sustained a fracture on her left hand. The adept director will be out of action for a while and will be on a break.
Sharing pictures of her bandaged hand, director Sudha Kongara told, “Super painful. Super annoying! On a break for a month 😒 Not The Kind Of Break I Wanted” she said in her tweet.
Music director GV Prakash, who worked with Sudha Kongara for Soorarai Potru is composing music for the Hindi remake as well and is also a close friend of the director, wished for her speedy recovery.
Produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and Abundantia Entertainment, the Hindi adaptation of the film went on floors in April last year. Radhika Madan will play the female lead, while Paresh Rawal will replay his role in the Hindi version, too. Track Tollywood wishes Sudha Kongara a speedy recovery.
