The Telugu film Sampradayini Suppini Suddapoosani, starring Shivaji (who was seen recently in Dhandoraa) and Laya, has officially cancelled its direct-to-OTT premiere, and it will now arrive in theaters.Â
Originally, the film was scheduled for February 12, 2026, on ETV Win, the popular Telugu digital platform. But after a reconsideration, the film is now shifting to a theatrical release, and its theatrical debut is set on March 6, 2026.
Reportedly, the makers screened the film privately for the industry peers, who advised that the film deserved a theatrical outing. So, Sampradayini Suppini Suddapoosani, which was set for a direct OTT release on Feb 12, will now have a theatrical release on March 6, 2026.
The film is a crime comedy directed by Sudheer Sriram, marking the reunion of Shivaji and Laya.Â
