Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan’s prevue was released yesterday and has received tremendous response from fans as well as movie lovers. The teaser provided grand visuals, rocking BGM by Anirudh, Atlee’s masterly shots, and of course King Khan’s rocking screen presence in multiple looks. Despite being the most awaited teaser in recent times, the film has failed to cross Adipurush’s record of views.
Adipurush trailer created a sensation in Bollywood and the Hindi trailer clocked 52M+ views in 24 hours and which was an all-time record. Jawan trailer was expected to break this but failed to come ever closer and registered 45M+ views in 24 hours.
Jawan marks the first collaboration between Shah Rukh and filmmaker Atlee, known for Tamil hits with Vijay like Theri, Mersal and Bigil. The film stars SRK in a double role and also features an ensemble led by Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra and Sunil Grover among others.
Ever since its announcement last year, Jawan has been one of the most awaited films of the year. Its anticipation doubled after Shah Rukh delivered historic numbers with Pathaan, which re-wrote every box office record. Initially scheduled to release on June 2, the film was pushed due to its pending post-production work.
