Satyadev’s Skylab was released on 3rd December 2021 in theatres and opened to average reviews which caused the film to perform terribly at the box office. Poor plot, direction, and slow narration were responsible for the film’s downfall. The film also released immediately after Balakrishna’s Akhanda, affecting the numbers.
Skylab’s OTT date and platform details are now out. The film will release on 14th January for Sankranthi. SonyLiv has acquired the streaming rights of the film.
Apart from Satyadev, Skylab also stars Nithya Menon, Rahul Ramakrishna, Tanikella Bharani among others. Vishvak Khanderao is the director of the movie, and Nithya Menon has co-produced the film. Music is by Prashant Vihari and Raviteja Girijala is the editor the movie.
Satyadev has an interesting lineup of films ahead, with Godse and a Hindi film with Akshay Kumar.
