Sankranthi has always been the biggest festival season for Telugu cinema, with room to accommodate multiple releases. Usually, one or two big films and a couple of small or medium-budget films hit the screens during this time. But Sankranthi 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger, with a packed lineup.

Here is the release schedule of Sankranthi 2026:

  • The Raja Saab and Jana Nayagan – 9th January
  • Parasakthi – 10th January
  • Mana Shanakara Vara Prasad Garu – 12th January
  • BMW – 13th January
  • Anaganaga Oka Raju – 14th January
  • Nari Nari Naduma Murari – 15th January

Two major films: Prabhas’ The Raja Saab and Mana Shanakara Vara Prasad Garu are confirmed. Alongside them, three medium-budget films will be released: Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju, Ravi Teja’s BMW, and Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari. Adding to the competition, two dubbed Tamil films, Jana Nayagan and Parasakthi, are also arriving.

Earlier, there was speculation that some films might back out to avoid the clash. But now it is clear that all films are sticking to their dates and are aggressively promoting their releases, setting the stage for a massive festival battle.
