Salaar Producers are not at all ready for postponement at all. It is widely known that for a few days, there were many rumors that Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s pan-Indian film was being postponed, but the inside circles suggest that Salaar Producers are not ready for a postponement.

The producers of Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire, Hombale Films, were reportedly unhappy during the first postponement (From 28th September to 22nd December). Still, Prashant Neel forced them to postpone the film as he was not satisfied with the output of a few scenes and went for a reshoot.

As said above, a few sections of the media people started rumors about Salaar’s postponement again. However, the industry sources are saying that the producers are not at all ready for another delay, and they have even expressed the same with Prashant Neel because the movie’s business is affected by the delays in release. The producers are already not happy with the way the business of the film has happened.

The postponement has affected a 15% – 20% business for Salaar’s makers. So, they cannot retake risk as if any delay happens again, then business will ultimately go down. The producers are also not happy with the non-theatrical and OTT business. At any cost, they want the film to be released on December 22.

Salaar is directed by KGF Series maker Prashanth Neel. The film stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Easwari Rao in crucial roles. Ravi Basrur is the music director of the film.
