Rangamarthanda full theatrical rights bought by Mythri Movies for a good price

Krishna Vamsi’s Rangamarthanda is gearing up for its release on this Ugadi. The director has pinned a lot of hopes on the project as his last few films haven’t managed to set the box office on fire.

The entire theatrical rights of the film has been acquired by Mythri Movie Makers for Rs 4 crores. The film is set to release on March 22nd and is an official remake of the Marathi blockbuster Natasamrat released back in 2016. The original film received terrific reviews and love from the public and was one of the highest-grossing Marathi films that year.

Rangamarthanda depicts the tragic family life of a stage actor who has retired from acting but is unable to forget his fond memories of theatre and the stage. Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, and Brahmanandam as the leads. The film is produced by Raja Shyamala Entertainments and Housefull Movies.

Ilaiyaraaja composed the music for the film. Special premieres conducted for the industry people have given out great reactions and all eyes are now on March 22nd.
