The fans have been given clarity by Ranbir Kapoor by discussing Rashmika’s relationship with Vijay. Ranbir and Rashmika appeared on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s show ‘Unstoppable’ to promote their upcoming film, ‘Animal’. The former teased Rashmika about her bond with the ‘Liger’ actor.
Nandamuri Balakrishna (NBK) can be seen in a famous clip asking Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Rashmika to select between ‘Animal’ and Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Arjun Reddy,’ both films directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Ranbir humorously asked Rashmika to select between her reel hero (Ranbir) or her real hero (hinting at Vijay). When the ‘Geetha Govindam’ actress refused to answer, Balayya asked Sandeep to dial Vijay. Ranbir teased by saying, “Sir, let Rashmika call; Vijay won’t pick up his (Sandeep’s) call.”
When Vijay called back Sandeep, the phone was handed to Rashmika. Vijay was warned by the actress that he is on speaker after he asked her ‘What’s up, Re?’
The team later requested that she choose between Ranbir’s ‘Animal’ poster and Vijay’s ‘Arjun Reddy’ poster. Rashmika diplomatically said, “I have a connection with ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Animal’ is my film.”
Rashmika blushed when Ranbir and Nandamuri Balakrishna teased her about the connection. She stated that this was the initial movie she watched upon moving to Hyderabad. During Arjun Reddy’s successful party, Sandeep met Rashmika on Vijay’s terrace for the first time, as per Ranbir. Everyone laughed when she said, ‘Providing all this information is unnecessary.’
