During a recent interview, Dil Raju spoke about the release of RC15. He said that RC15 is being planned for a Sankranthi 2023 release.
RC15 is Ram Charan’s next magnum opus after RRR, it is a political thriller that deals with the subject of a government officer who stands up against the government. Shankar, who is undeniably one of India’s biggest directors is donning the director hat.
The movie was launched in a grand manner in Hyderabad. Chiranjeevi, Ranveer Singh, and Rajamouli were a few of the guests at the event.
So far the second schedule of the film is complete. The film will resume shooting once the rise in COVID-19 cases in India comes to a halt. Shankar might also be busy with Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, but if all goes to plan RC15 will have a Sankranthi release.
The film also stars Kiara Advani, Sunil, Srikanth, and Jayaram among others. Dil Raju and Sirish are producing the film under SVC Creations. Leading music director Thaman S is giving the music for the film.
From the first look of the film, Ram Charan and Kiara Advani are playing officers. It will be exciting to see Ram Charan in the role of an officer once again. The last time he played an officer was in the super hit Dhruva.
