Baba is a spiritual thriller that was a big disaster amidst massive expectations. The movie was written by superstar Rajinikanth himself and directed by his close friend Suresh Krishna.

The movie despite its box office failure has a separate sect of fans. It’s music, philosophy, and Rajinikanth’s acting are still revered by many. Hence, the movie is getting re-released on Rajinikanth’s birthday on December 12th.

The re-release isn’t like fans mobilizing their resources and doing it in limited theaters. Baba re-release is being planned on a large scale on a pan India level. The movie will also be released in overseas as Rajinikanth fans are in the USA, Malaysia, UAE etc.
