Super Star Rajinikanth has wrapped up shooting in Hyderabad for his upcoming film Annaatthe. The movie’s shoot concluded after a continuous 35-day schedule at Ramoji Film City where some crucial scenes were shot on the Super Star and Nayanthara. Siruthai Siva is directing this film which also features Keerthy Suresh and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.
The movie unit took special permission from the authorities to shoot the film during the night curfew across the city. It was during this film that Rajinikanth had to be hospitalized earlier due to blood pressure fluctuations.
The movie shoot was stalled for a while as 4 members of the crew had tested Covid positive. Annaatthe’s 60% of shoot has been completed and will release towards the year-end. Recently Jagapathy Babu joined the shoot and few crucial sequences were shot on him.
Annaatthe is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. The music is composed by D Imman who recently won the National Award for best music director.
