SS Rajamouli’s RRR is continuing it’s rampage at box office. The film has been holding strong at the box office since its release. It’s not a one week bonanza, In fact the collections of the film has maintained a steady flow with audiences all over the world it released. RRR has managed to cross the Rs. 1000 cr mark at the worldwide box office in 16 days. The master director SS Rajamouli’s second directorial to achieve this feat. Only 3 Indian films has crossed 1000Cr gross mark worldwide. They are Baahubali2, Dangal and RRR.
Rajamouli’s previous directorial Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion collected 800 cr gross from the domestic market and 200+ cr from the overseas markets. Baahubali 2 is the first Indian film to achieve this feat. Then Aamir Khan’s Dangal joined the list of 1000 Cr gross. Now it is RRR that surpasses 1000 Crs gross and continuing it’s run at the box office. With this, Only Prabhas, Aamir Khan, Ram Charan and NTR are in 1000 cr club. As for the business of the film, with little to no competition, the collections of RRR are expected to continue to hold stead. In fact, Trade experts predict that the collections of the film could even see an increase over its third weekend.
