It is of common knowledge now that many prominent members of the Telugu Film Industry met with the Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan to discuss the issue of ticket rates in the state. The meeting went smoothly with favorable outcomes for both parties.
Prabhas and Mahesh Babu also said that the CM was cooperative and that a new G.O will be released latest by the last week of February. It is now the first week of March and there has been no update regarding the new G.O. This has led to numerous speculations.
At this stage, the AP government is testing the patience of the industry. The makers of Bheemla Nayak expected that a G.O will be out by February 25th but there were no updates. Now, Radhe Shyam is nearing release and there is still no news about the revised ticket rates.
Radhe Shyam has been shot on a massive budget of 200+ crores and the makers are waiting eagerly for a revised GO so that they can start their business. They are hoping that a new order will come before next Monday. The makers are also hoping for the allowance of ticket hikes in AP.
Radhe Shyam also stars Pooja Hegde, Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma, and Bhagyashree among others. Radha Krishna Kumar is the director of the film. It is releasing in theatres on March 11th.
