Radhe Shyam was originally scheduled to release on 14th January 2022, but due to the rise in COVID-19 cases in India, the makers put off the release to a later date. Since then, fans of Prabhas have been waiting for the announcement of a new release date.
Recently, there have been rumors floating around that the makers of Radhe Shyam are opting for an OTT release. The offer is reportedly extremely tempting with huge sums of money being offered.
But, According to inside buzz the makers have informed involving parties that the film will release only in theatres. “We will not release Radhe Shyam on OTT first at any cost.”
With RRR already marking two tentative release dates, 18th March or April 28th, the makers of Radhe Shyam are confused as to which date to select. Summer 2022 is also packed with a lot of biggie releases, making it even harder for Radhe Shyam.
Rade Shyam is a romantic supernatural drama that also stars Pooja Hegde, Murali Sharma, Priyadarsi, and Bhagyashree among others. Radha Krishna Kumar is the director of the film. UV Creations have bankrolled the project. Justin Prabhakaran is the music director of the film. Thaman S has given the background scores for the film.
