The long-awaited update of the much awaited sequel of the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise has arrived. Starring Icon Star Allu Arjun and national crush Rashmika Mandanna, Pushpa 2 is directed by the maverick director Sukumar.
The makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule shared on Wednesday a special video teasing fans and giving an update about the most anticipated sequel. Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Mythri Movie Makers announced that the actual teaser will be released on the occasion of actor Allu Arjun’s birthday on April 7.
The new video entitled “Where Is Pushpa” revealed that Pushpa escaped from Tirupati prison with gunshot wounds and is fleeing. The video also gave some rapid shots of riots and people going crazy on the streets. However, it is unclear if it is the actual footage from the second part or just some random shots that have been set up for this video.
The second part will focus on the face-off between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, who was introduced as the prime antagonist towards the end of the first film, Pushpa: The Rise. The movie also features Rashmika Mandanna, who continues in the role of Srivalli from the first part.
Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, and Jagadeesh will also appear in the same roles from the first outing in this movie, being produced by Mythri Movie Makers on a massive scale. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of this film. Let’s wish that the makers could meet the expectations of the audience with the teaser, which will be released on April 7th.
