Pushpa 2 has been on a record spree ever since it released amidst great hype. The film has already grossed more than 1000 crores and is nearing towards the 1500 crore mark worldwide. The box office pull is still intact even for the second week. Pushpa 2 shattered a futher record in its Week 2 shocking everyone.
Pushpa 2 is learnt to have grossed nearly 175 crores in just 6 days of its second week. This is the highest number for any film in its second week. Pushpa 2 has already surpassed Stree 2, Baahubali 2, Gadar 2, Animal and Jawan. Pushpa 2’s Hindi gross now stands at more than 615 crores. The film looks unstoppable and may even add more numbers with the New Year holiday period.
The team should be very happy with this phenomenal performance of Pushpa 2. The film is expected to go beyond Baahubali 2 in the full run worldwide. However, its performance in Telugu States is a concern. The film hasn’t managed to rake in big numbers in few territories and we need to see what happens by its final run.
