Pushpa 2: The Rule starring Allu Arjun is one of the much-awaited films in the country. The film’s prequel, Pushpa: The Rise became a sensation grossing more than 300 crores worldwide. The sequel enjoyed so much attention and the film has been started likewise and is currently under shoot. The release date of the film has been fixed for August 15th this year. But now it seems Pushpa 2 stands postponed.
Director Sukumar is very much focused on the quality of the film and doesn’t want to get comprised on making. But it is taking much time and Allu Arjun seems to be pressuring him to release the film on the scheduled date. For this, the unit has also been divided into two or three units for faster shooting. But the release date is too close now and Sukumar still needs time for a better output. There is still a balance shoot left and chances of releasing the film on time will be a big task.
Allu Arjun is said to be very much frustrated with this. Fans and Audiences would also be disappointed if the film misses this release date as there are no slots left afterwards. If Pushpa 2 gets postponed, Devara may eye the same release date. Vikram’s Thangalaan and Siva Karthikeyan’s Amaraan are also scheduled to release on August 15th.
