It has been a year since Prashanth Neel’s KGF Chapter 2 was released. Since then, the rumors of the third part of this film have been doing the rounds. If we observe the climax of the film, Rocky Bhai keeps his promise which he had made to his mother that he will take all the gold one could have, with him, to the depths of the ocean.
The audience was stunned by the climax and gave a roaring response to the sequence in the theaters. Director Prashanth Neel had one more surprise in store towards the end of KGF Chapter 2 — a post-credit scene that hinted at a third film. And now, a year later, producers Hombale Films has hinted at the intrigue that the third film might take off soon.
The banner shared a tribute video on the one-year anniversary of KGF: Chapter 2 and a text on the video hints that the third film might tell the story of what happened to Rocky between 1978 and 1981, something that the second edition did not disclose. Furthermore, while confirming that their promise of a third film will be maintained, the video also hints at, “the mother of all collisions that is yet to be witnessed.”
After seeing the video, netizens have started to give their own version of the stories and some of them even stated that the third chapter of KGF might be linked with Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar.
