Atlee Kumar, who is basking in the success of Jawan (2023), is supposed to direct ‘Icon Star’ Allu Arjun for an action drama film. The project has been on the cards for a while, and Kalanithi Maran was keen to bankroll it under ‘Sun Pictures’.
However, the makers are sceptical about the project since both the director and actor are quoting record remunerations for the film; considering this, the project has been kept on hold for a while.
According to the latest buzz, Bollywood star Salman Khan is very likely to replace Allu Arjun in this project. And surprising enough, the production house is keen to fund this collaboration. Is Salman a bigger star than Allu Arjun? One has to wait and see how this film will fare at the box office.
