The Goat Life is an epic survival drama film in Malayalam cinema, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role. It is an adaptation of the classic Malayalam novel Aadujeevitham by Benjamin, which is based on a true incident. Written, directed, and co-produced by Blessy, it stars Amala Paul as the female lead.

Touted as a ‘pan-Indian’ project, the film is slated for a worldwide release on March 28, 2024. Mythri Movie Makers, a top production house in Tollywood, has bought the film’s theatrical rights in Telugu. With a release around the corner, the makers have wrapped up the censorship formalities with a U/A certification for a runtime of 161 minutes.

The film narrates the story of Najeeb, a Malayali immigrant labourer who finds himself forced into slavery as a goatherd on a secluded farm in Saudi Arabia. Academy and Grammy award-winning composer A. R. Rahman has composed the songs and background score for this film, edited by A. Sreekar Prasad.
