While the confusion and disappointment around the release of Pan Indian film of Prabhas, Salaar is still going on, the film is still able to create records through its business. The non-theatrical rights of Salaar have been sold at a record price ever as per the reports.
Salaar’s Satellite (Star TV) + Digital (Netflix – for Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada languages) + Audio Rights sold for a whopping 350 crores which is a record-breaking number. At least this news will bring some smiles on the faces of the fans who are presently in a sad mood. This morning, Hombale films, the producers of the film, Salaar officially announced that the new release date will be announced soon.
There were so many dates for the possible release of this actioner and the inside news is the makers are eying the Sankranthi or Holi festival dates for 2024. Both the seasons are excellent dates for the film, but the decision of the makers will come after a few days.
Salaar is directed by KGF Series maker Prashanth Neel film. The film stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Easwari Rao in key roles. Ravi Basrur is the music director of the film.
