Prabhas’s pan India big film Salaar is one of the most anticipated movies of the Indian cinema now. There have been many speculations about the movie since it started, regarding its sequel and its link with the KGF Series as well. Leaving these rumors aside, the latest news about the film’s postponement has come across like a shocker to everyone.
The makers had officially announced that Salaar will be released on September 28, 2023. Now, according to the information, it is said the makers are in plans to postpone the release date to Sankranthi 2024. This decision was taken because of the delay in the works of post-production. The film is having a superb buzz in the trade and the audience as well. Even the USA bookings were off to a sensational start.
Now, as per the reports, the makers of Salaar are thinking about two options for the release date. One of them is this year’s Christmas and the second one is 10th January during the Sankranthi season. The Distributors are said to have suggested that the Sankranthi season is the best option. However, we need to see what will be the final decision of makers.
Salaar is being directed by KGF Series maker Prashanth Neel film. The film stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Easwari Rao in key roles. Ravi Basrur is the music director of the film.
