Prabhas released a horror-comedy fantasy film, The Raja Saab, this Sankranthi. While a section of his fans liked the movie, it disappointed a majority of the audience. Now, the latest reports suggest that Prabhas is preparing for a massive new project with director Sukumar.
After SS Rajamouli, Sukumar is one of the few directors who has built a strong pan-India brand, especially with the success of the Pushpa series. His next film with Ram Charan is expected to go on floors in the second half of this year. Sukumar usually takes a long time to complete his films, and this project is expected to take nearly two years, keeping him busy until mid-2028.
After completing the Ram Charan project, there is strong buzz that Sukumar will team up with Prabhas for the first time, and this collaboration is expected to be a massive pan-India project.
In the meantime, the Baahubali actor will continue to complete his already committed films. Since Sukumar also spends a lot of time on pre-production, the film is likely to go on sets only around 2029.
