Prabhas’ Salaar has been generating a lot of hype ever since the first announcement of the film. There are plenty of reasons to be excited about this project but the most exciting aspect is the combination of Prabhas and director Prashant Neel.
After the monstrous success of KGF 2, there have been a lot of theories floating around about the involvement of Salaar in the KGF universe. This has only further the expectations of film fans as seeing Prabhas and Yash in the same frame will surely be a treat for sore eyes.
All of this hype will have to wait as there is still some time left till Salaar hits the theatres. In fact, it has been pushed further later than before. A couple of months ago producer Vijay Kirangadur announced that Salaar will release during the Summer of 2023. But now, there seems to be a change in plans.
The makers are planning on releasing the film for Dasara 2023. There still seems to be quite some time left for the shooting process. Prabhas is also busy with the shooting of Project K. But one can be sure that it will definitely be worth the wait.
Salaar also stars Shruthi Haasan, Jagapathi Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran in important roles. Bhuvan Gowda who is the cinematographer of KGF 1 and 2, will also be shooting Salaar. Ravi Basrur will also work with Prashant once again after the KGF franchise.
