Naga Shaurya and Malavika Nair’s Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi is all set to make its OTT premiere tonight. The romantic drama directed by Srinivas Avasarala was released on March 17th and ended up a box-office failure amidst poor reviews and word of mouth. The film will stream on SunNxt from midnight.
The film also starred Megha Choudhury and Srinivas Avasarala and was produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, Padmaja Dasari. The film is a coming-of-age story about a young couple and how their relationship faces multiple challenges during different stages of their lives.
Kiran Abbavaram’s Meter is another film that will be making its way to OTT today. The action drama featured the actor in a cop’s role The film also featured Athulya Ravi in the lead role and couldn’t succeed at the box office. Meter will be premiering on Netflix from midnight.
Meter is directed by Ramesh Kaduri and the music has been composed by Sai Karthik. The film released last month and despite great buzz in trade circles and positive buzz, failed to sustain in terms of collections. Releasing directly in competition with Ravi Teja’s Ravanasura also worked to the film’s disadvantage
