Bro The Avatar, the latest fantasy entertainer directed by actor and director Samuthirakani, and starring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej was released on July 28th, yesterday on worldwide screens. The film did not have much hype of a star hero’s film before the release because of the normal promotional content, still it had registered good numbers in Overseas premiers, but it is struggling after that to get decent collections.

The film had opened with decent premiers in the USA but it witnessed a big drop on day 1 with collecting just 220K$ on Friday. Also, even on the Saturday the bookings for the film are not that much encouraging. Coming to the UK the opening was good for Bro The Avatar but day 2 bookings are not that great while Australia is a big disappointment from the opening day itself.

The Gulf area numbers also look very ordinary for the film. Overall, the film is really struggling at the overseas box office, which is a very dismal performance for a star hero’s film. Not only in the Overseas, even at the domestic box office the performance of the film is not up to the mark.

Bro The Avatar Movie’s total business was closed for approx 97 Crores and the film needs to collect close to 100 Crores share for clean hit status. The film had just a decent day 1 at the box office and needs a solid run at least for 10 days at the box office to achieve its target.
