Pan India star Prabhas is likely to miss Sankranti 2024

Prabhas’s Adipurush was planned for 2023 Sankranthi, but the film got postponed to June to better the VFX works, and the Baahubali star’s another film Project K makers had earlier announced the film would release in 2024 Sankranti season.

However, according to the latest reports from the industry, Project K will not come for Sankranti, and it is being said that the film may release on republic day weekend as the date is considered as good one for Bollywood and Pan India films. If this news turns true, then there will be a lot of reschedules of the big films as the makers might plan to release their films for Sankranti.

Project K would be produced with a budget of 500 crores, making it one of the most Costly Indian films. The film is produced by Vyjayanathi Movies, which will be directed by Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin. The science fiction film is very futuristic, and Nag Ashwin has asked Mahindra to design special vehicles for this film.

In a recent interview, the producer of the film, Ashwini Dutt, said, “This will be a graphics-heavy film. It’s been five months since we commenced work on the graphics, and it’ll go on through the course of the year. We’ve completed about 70 percent of the shoot so far”

Project K stars Prabhas and Deepikaa Padukone in the lead roles, while Big B Amitabh Bachchan will essay a crucial role in this film. The film will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada and English languages.
