Mass re release: Disaster

Nagarjuna’s Mass joined the list of recent re-releases and will hit the big screens on Nagarjuna’s birthday on August 29th. Mass has a good following among cine lovers and the film’s chartbuster music and Nagarjuna’s action and emotional performance made it a massive success 20 years ago. Unfortunately, Mass re-release has not managed to evoke much interest from film lovers.

Last year Manmadhudu was re-released and it did an excellent job at the box office. This year, unfortunately, Mass is not doing well in any way and only hardcore fans are showing interest in this film. Mass re-release is scheduled tomorrow and booking opened for limited shows. Even those bookings are poor.

The total advance bookings for the film are in the range of 10L which tells the level of interest the movie has generated. Many fans are now feeling that the team should have gone for Shiva re-release instead of Mass. This year’s re-release for Nagarjuna has not turned put well for the fans and is a total disappointment.

Aamir Khan puts high hopes on Sitaare Zameen Par

Bollywood Actor, Aamir Khan is currently working for his film, Sitaare Zameen Par. The Actor suffered a big set back with Laal Singh Chaddha previously. The film became a big box office disappointment and received trolls as well. The Actor appeared in a podcast interview with Actress Rhea Chakraborty recently. Aamir Khan has put high hopes on Sitaare Zameen Par which he expressed in the podcast.

Aamir Khan expressed that he did quite a few mistakes in his previous venture, Laal Singh Chaddha. He also told that they wouldn’t get repeated in Sitaare Zameen Par hoping that the film would become successful. He also expressed his dissatisfaction once with the way how his character was shown in Laal Singh Chaddha. This shows how the Actor feels bad this film and the character as well. Surprisingly, the film was a remake of Hollywood’s cult classic, Forrest Gump. But sadly the magic was not repeated here with Laal Singh Chaddha by Aamir Khan.

The Actor now looks hopeful of bouncing back with Sitaare Zameen Par which is also a remake of Spanish film, Champions. Champions is about a group of physically challenged people guided by a coach played by Aamir Khan which participates in a Basketball Championship. This film is being directed by R.S. Prasanna co-starring Genelia. The film is tentatively scheduled for release on 25th December this year. So, let’s wait and see how the film impresses.

Tollywood Actor, Sai Dharam Tej has been trolled for a political fan war. The Actor as we all know happens to be the nephew of another Actor Pawan Kalyan who recently became the Deputy Chief Minister of AP. An incident occurred recently in Apollo University, Chittoor where students got affected from food poisoning. This has become controversial and Sai Dharam Tej has involved himself in this controversy with a X/Twitter reply.

A person on X/Twitter asked Sai Dharam Tej to respond about this food poisoning issue that had happened. This comes in the wake of Sai Dharam Tej’s endorsement of his uncle Pawan Kalyan through a X/Twitter post once where he tweeted that AP was in safe hands. But many incidents like murders and rapes happened recently in AP which the person raised by questioning Sai Dharam Tej. But Sai Dharam Tej responded to this in a negative manner which the netizens didn’t like.

They have started trolling Sai Dharam Tej for his irresponsible response. He could have maintained silence without replying politically through his tweet. The Actor continued to give several replies politically without answering properly. This indicates the Actor’s immaturity which was also trolled by the netizens. It’s better for small scale Actors like Sai Dharam Tej to stay away from political statements like these to avoid trolling and criticism.

Jr. NTR’s Devara release date is exactly thirty days from today. In simpler terms, the makers have just one month to promote their film on a pan-Indian level. The second single, titled ‘Chuttamalle,’ received a good response from audiences.

Here’s what you can expect from the Koratala Siva-directorial from now on: While the dates are yet to be finalized, a third single will be out very soon, followed by a theatrical trailer and the fourth single. Of course there’ll be a grand pre-release event right before the theatrical release.

Koratala Siva’s action drama film Devara: Part One will hit the big screens on 27th September, which is exactly thirty days from today. Celebrating the same, a new poster that featured NTR in two variant looks was unveiled by the makers.

While some fans expressed excitement towards it, the majority of the audiences found it lackluster. The poster design and quality seem unimpressive, to say the least. It must be seen how the future promotions will unfold. 

Devara features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist. Kalyan Ram has funded this two-part saga on a massive budget. Akkineni Brothers: No Word on N Convention Demolition

The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRAA) recently demolished the N-Convention center owned by actor Nagarjuna. After the move on August 24, the actor went to the High Court and obtained a stay on the destruction that evening, claiming it was ‘unlawful’.

The demolition of the N convention was a significant setback to Nagarjuna and the Akkineni family. This could have a significant impact on the Akkeneni family’s reputation. However, only Nagarjuna is seen as concerned about the demolition. This does not seem to concern any of the Akkeneni family members, including Nagarjuna’s two sons. Nagarjuna is fighting alone, releasing numerous press releases, and battling in court. This is pretty startling for everyone.

When these concerns arise, family members should typically release video footage or press statements in response. However, Akkineni brothers Akhil and Naga Chaitanya kept mute and did not talk or post anything about N convention demolition, which is somewhat surprising. Stree 2 dominated the box office in its second weekend, setting numerous new records for the Hindi film industry. The horror-comedy grossed more over Rs 92 crore nett in its second weekend alone, increasing its total collection in India to approximately Rs 401 crore nett after 11 days.

The film’s performance on Krishnastami was expected to be better, but it only made between 16 and 17 crores nett yesterday. If the film continues to perform well, it has a fair chance of generating approximately 550 crore nett in India in total; if not, it will make around 500 crore nett in India.


Stree 2 has now grossed 585 Crore worldwide, In 12 Days. All India gross is 495 Cr and overseas gross is 90 Cr. Today the film crossing 500 Cr gross In India, Only few Bollywood films has achieved this milestone.

Lal Salaam Coming On OTT

Lal Salaam, a sports drama about two aspiring sportsmen from Hindu and Muslim communities starring superstar Rajinikanth, was released on February 9 to a low-key buzz around the world. Aishwarya Rajinikanth wrote and directed the film, which stars various well-known actors in key parts. Lal Salaam had an unimpressive theatrical run.

The film revolves around friendships between Hindus and Muslims, and despite shoddy storytelling, it conveys a positive message. Some sections of the film, such as the climax, are acknowledged to have been well-conceived. Superstar Rajinikanth’s Lal Salaam received negative reviews; however, the film’s digital streaming rights have been purchased by two OTT sites. Netflix India and Sun NXT paid a reasonable amount of money for the streaming rights.

Lal Salaam’s OTT release was delayed for a variety of reasons, including film director Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s claim of missing footage.The latest news on Rajinikanth’s Lal Salaam OTT release is that it will premiere on the Sun NXT platform on September 20.
