YS Jagan’s famous dialogue used in Gopichand’s Viswam

Tollywood Actor Gopichand and Director Srinu Vaitla have joined their hands for Viswam. The film’s shoot has been completed and the teaser was also released yesterday. The film is a fun ride one with a bit of action as seen from the teaser. However, there was one more thing that attracted the eyeballs from the teaser. A famous dialogue of AP political leader, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was used in Viswam which is now going viral on social media platforms.

Jagan Mohan Reddy once spoke with the press and one of his dialogues from that press meet became very popular later. Now, the same dialogue was used in teaser by the lead Actor, Gopichand. He was seen uttering them in a funny way probably in a comedy scene from the film. This came as a big suprise and netizens have been sharing this.

On the other hand, the film’s release date has already been announced as October 11th aiming the Dussehra season. Gopichand and Srinu Vaitla are badly in need of a hit and they hope that Viswam could deliver them the much needed relief. The film stars Kavya Thapar in the female lead role along side many other noted comedians starring throughout the film.

Tollywood Actor Balakrishna‘s son Mokhagna is gearing up to debut as a lead actor in Tollywood. Fans of Balakrishna have long waited to see Mokshagna coming into the film Industry. Now, their wishes have been heard and finally Mokshagna’s debut film has been locked. Prashant Verma who rose to fame with Hanuman recently will be directing his debut film. It is learnt that he is planning Balakrishna as Krishna and Mokshagna as Abhimanyu in this film.

The film is said to be a socio fantasy one with Mahabharata Backdrop. Balakrishna should be appreciated for setting up a perfect film after taking much time for his son’s debut. Now, this film will be planned as a Pan India project under Prashant Verma Cinematic Universe, PVCU. As mentioned above, Balakrishna will also be a part of this film as Lord Krishna and Mokshagna is slated for the role of Abhimanyu. A huge star cast is also planned for the film.

However, it has to be known if the film is planned as a complete mythological one or as a part of the film. Recently we saw Kalki 2898 AD style of making and fans and audience expect that this film may be planned in those lines.

Few names in Indian cinema are as well-known as ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay. Vijay’s films, known for their charismatic presence and outstanding performances, have continually smashed records and established new industry standards. His latest project, “The Greatest of All Time” (GOAT), is already making waves ahead of its release, as shown by excellent advance box office numbers.

Given the popularity of ‘GOAT’ among South Indian audiences, the film’s advance bookings are expected to exceed Rs 100 crore in its first weekend alone. The film is expected to be Kollywood’s second highest opening after Leo, with a high probability of grossing 100 crore. Only Leo has a big opening with over 100 crore in Kollywood.

According to current advance sales, the film is likely to have a big opening, maybe breaking records for a Vijay-starrer. However, its long-term success will be determined by how well it is received in other markets. While it already has a significant foothold in Tamil-speaking regions and outside markets like the US, breaking the North Indian and Telugu sectors remains a major issue.

Sexual abuse case filed against Nivin Pauly

The allegation states that Nivin Pauly had assaulted her abroad by promising her a role in his film. Nivin Pauly took no time to counter this. Nani 32 is Hit 3

Tollywood Actor Nani who is currently enjoying the reception for his Saripodhaa Sanivaaram has announced his next project. The film which is Nani’s 32nd film will be Hit 3. A poster was released officially by Nani on his X/Twitter account. He also tweeted 5th September and 11:04 AM declaring that the official announcement will be out on that day and time.

Hit 3 is likely to start shooting immediately and Nani’s other film with Srikanth Odela may start little late. Nani is also likely to shoot in parallel for both the films as well. But this will go on floors first. He played the cameo role in Hit 2 as a police officer. He will be reprising the same role in Hit 3. The film series has a good following among the audience. We have to see if it gets repeated with Nani being part of it.

On the other hand, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram did well in the first weekend. The film looks okayish for now and has to show great momentum in the second weekend to become a hit. Murari 4K: Still No.1 In Re-Releases!

Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh, re-released in a remastered 4K format, has been on a rampage at the box office. Beating Mahesh Babu’s Murari by a big margin, the Harsh Shankar-directedorial has grossed a record INR 7 crore on the first day.

However, the film failed to hold the mementum on its second day. Barring few iconic theaters in Hyderabad, Gabbar Singh 4K’s numbers are quite minimal. Considering the trend, the film’s closing collection is expected to be in the range of INR 8 crore.

Sree Vishnu’s Swag Locks A Release Date!

Sree Vishnu, an actor known for his unique script selection and subtle performances, has recently tasted successes with Om Bheem Bush (2024) and Samajavaragamana (2023). His next release will be a comedy drama called ‘Swag’. Ritu Varma is the female lead.

The Nandamuri family has once again underlined the golden hearts they carry. Owing to the extreme rains and floods across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Balakrishna has come forward to donate INR 1 crore (50 lakhs each to AP and TS).

What followed this was the ‘Young Tiger’ donating the same amount (in the same divisions) to the Chief Minister Relief Fund. Filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas, Suryadevara Naga Vamshi, and C. Ashwini Dutt are some other people of the Telugu Film Fraternity who donated big amounts.
