Netflix announces Lucky Baskhar streaming date

Recent Telugu film of Dulquer Salmaan, Lucky Baskhar became a big hit. The film brought the Actor the needed relief by grossing nearly 100 crores worldwide also impressing the audience in Tamil and Malayalam languages as well. Now, Lucky Baskhar is set for the OTT streaming and the date is also announced by the streaming platform, Netflix.

Lucky Baskhar is set for streaming on 28th November on Netflix in all the prominent Indian languages. It is also expected to do big on the OTT platform just as its theatrical peformance. Lucky Baskhar has managed to have a good long run at the box office in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages even with a competition from Tamil Blockbuster, Amaran.

The film also becomes the solo 100 crores grosser of Dulquer Salmaan. It has also become his successive solo hit in Tollywood after Sita Ramam which grossed nearly 70 crores worldwide. Dulquer Salmaan will be pumped up with the success of the film and would concentrate more on his upcoming films.

Pushpa 2 release trailer date locked

Pushpa 2 is set for a worldwide release on December 5th. The film is already carrying immense hype with the popularity of the brand and also the addition of huge star cast. The team is planning to come up with a release trailer in the event planned in Hyderabad. The date for this trailer is also locked now.

The two events conducted till now at Bihar and Chennai have become big success raking in the needed hype for the film. The next events are in Kochi on 27th and in Hyderabad on 30th November. The release trailer will also be released in the hyderabad event. Director Sukumar is also expected to attend the event along with the prominent cast and crew of the film.

Pushpa 2 is also set for the 4th Single which was also hinted by Music Director, Devi Sri Prasad yesterday. The team is hoping to impress the fans and audience for the week with this content. Even though Vishwak Sen hasn’t registered massive numbers in his career, all his films open well. One common factor with his films is that they struggle after day 1 or weekend. But Mechanic Rocky has been an exception and struggled from opening day itself. The same trend continued on the weekend and the action entertainer did not witness any jump in collections.

While the film received mixed reviews, its racy second half and comedy portions managed to impress the audience. However, weak promotions and lag in the first half dampened the film’s box office run. Vishwak Sen’s last two films, Gaami and Gangs of Godavari, were appreciated for their content, but they couldn’t exactly set the box office on fire.

The total weekend gross collection is in the range of 5 Cr. This is lesser than Vishwak Sen’s recent films Gangs of Godavari, Das Kaa Dhamki, and Gaami opening day collections itself. Kanguva crosses 100 Cr Mark

Suriya’s Kanguva has been the biggest shocker at the box office in recent times. The period fantasy action was one of the most anticipated films of recent times but failed to live up to expectations and emerged as a massive box-office failure. Such has been its run at the box office that the film has taken 11 days to hit the 100 crore mark.

Before its release, Kanguva was expected to cross the 100 Cr mark on opening day or in 2 days. But it took 11 days to cross this mark. Kanguva’s total 11 days gross is reportedly around 103 Cr and it’s almost the closing number. The closing gross is projected to be around 110 Cr.

This is a box office failure of gigantic proportions. The film’s breakeven was at 400 Cr gross but the recovery is just 25%. It needs to be seen Siva, Suriya, and the team emerge from this debacle. It’s truly heartbreaking to see the film fail on this level considering the scale, of the film and the expectations everyone had on this. With Kanguva’s failure, Suriya’s hunt for a big box-office hit continues.

Pushpa 2 Producers part ways with Devi Sri Prasad

Music Director, Devi Sri Prasad has vented out his frustration indirectly at the Producers of Pushpa 2 today at the Chennai’s Wildfire Event. The Musician took a jibe at the Producer saying that he always complains about Devi Sri Prasad’s late arrival but doesn’t love him more. This is seen as his response on his replacement with Thaman and few other Music Directors in Pushpa 2. The Producers and the Production House, Mythri Movie Makers have also parted ways with him as well.

It was also speculated that Devi Sri Prasad became busy with his concert activities and delayed the completion of the BGM for Pushpa 2. This has angered the Production House which went ahead replacing him with Thaman and Sam CS and Ajaneesh Loknath. This further deteriorated the terms between Devi and the Production House which led to today’s embarrassing situation. The Producers have also opted for GV Prakash Kumar in the place of the earlier commitment with Devi Sri Prasad for their Tamil venture, Good Bad Ugly featuring Ajith.

Devi Sri Prasad’s words came as a shocker for the whole team of Pushpa 2 alongwith the Producer who also sat on the front row. Devi also went on to say that he doesn’t like to hide anything and feels better if he delivers everything out also justifying his act of hitting him with his words. This is not at all a good situation for the team. We need to see what happens in future events as well.

అయితే తాజా కోలీవుడ్ న్యూస్ ప్రకారం మూవీ ఫ్లాప్ కావడంతో సౌత్ మూవీస్ మాదిరే కేవలం 4 వారాల్లోనే ఇది ఓటిటి లో రిలీజ్ కానున్నట్లు చెప్తున్నారు. ప్రముఖ ఓటిటి మాధ్యమం అమెజాన్ ప్రైమ్ వారు ఈ మూవీని భారీ ధరకు కొనుగోలు చేసారు. సూర్య తమ్ముడు కార్తీ ఒక కీలకపాత్రలో నటించిన ఈ మూవీలో సూర్య రెండు పాత్రల్లో కనిపించారు. మరి పక్కాగా కంగువ మూవీ ఓటిటి రిలీజ్ కి సంబంధించి క్లారిటీ రావాలి అంటే మరికొన్నాళ్లు ఆగాల్సిందే అని తెలుస్తోంది.

These chartbusters, like Oo Antava from Pushpa: The Rise, have created a massive buzz, setting the stage for blockbuster hits. Naturally, expectations were sky-high for the much-anticipated special song ‘Kissik’ in Pushpa: The Rule, featuring the energetic Sree Leela.


However, to everyone’s surprise, the song has turned out to be a massive disappointment. Composed by Devi Sri Prasad , who is known for delivering iconic music, the song has failed to strike a chord with audiences. The lyrics lack the punch that fans were hoping for, while the singers’ voices fail to elevate the track. Even the background score, a crucial aspect of such high-energy numbers, falls flat, leaving the song without the impact it needed. Adding to the letdown is the choreography.
With two dancing powerhouses, Allu Arjun and Sree Leela, leading the song, expectations for extraordinary moves were sky-high. However, Kissik feels surprisingly ordinary, lacking the spark and innovation that are hallmarks of Sukumar’s films.
