Suriya 45 Release Date Locked

Suriya 45 release date has been locked. Actor and Director RJ Balaji will direct this film and the latest reports suggest that the makers have fixed the theatrical release date of the film. The interesting thing is, it will be the second release of the Kanguva actor next year. Suriya 45 release date has been locked.

The film will be made as a devotional fantasy entertainer, and the shooting is currently in progress. Dream Warrior Pictures is the production house of the film. AR Rahman was supposed to compose music for this film but young music director Sai Abhyankkar replaced him. 

The movie is said to be planned for a September 2025 release, which means Suriya will have quick releases in 2025. Suriya’s 44th film will arrive in theatres next summer. Suriya is said to be playing a lawyer role in the film and is said to have the temple backdrop, similar to the director’s super hit movie Mookuthi Amman.

Pushpa Director Sukumar will be on a big break. Director Sukumar spent 6 long years with Pushpa, His hard work struck gold and Pushpa put him in a top position and now he is one of the biggest directors in Indian cinema. The success of Pushpa 1&2 made him much more famous than before.

Now Sukumar is said to be taking a very long break and he will enjoy some holiday period with family. It is widely known that the director has already announced his next film with Ram Charan, but it will take some time to start the proceedings. Both the actor and director previously worked for Rangasthalam (2018) which was a big blockbuster at the box office.

Ram Charan’s next movie is with Buchi Babu so the entire 2025, the star will be working on that film. Director Sukumar will be on a big break and is likely to start work on Ramcharan’s project in the 2nd half of 2025 after the break. The film is likely to go on set in 2026.

Thangalaan Streaming on OTT Now

Thangalaan is streaming on OTT now. Chiyaan Vikram and Pa Ranjith’s periodic drama Thangalaan was released in theaters worldwide on August 15, 2024, and received decent word of mouth from reviewers. However, the film did not do well at the box office.

Since then, the audiences have eagerly waited for the digital release due to the reviews it got from a few sections of people and critics. There were a few reports about Thangalaan’s OTT release, but the film did not make it to the digital field. Finally, almost four months after its theatrical release, Thangalaan is streaming on OTT now.

The movie is now streaming on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. Besides Vikram, the film also stars Parvathy, Pasupathy, Daniel Caltagirone, and Malavika Mohanan in crucial roles—GV Prakash Kumar composed music for the film.

Tollywood Actor, Rajendra Prasad has badly criticised Pushpa and the theme of the film at an event. The Actor took objection to glorifying the character of Allu Arjun who plays the role of Sandalwood Smuggler in Pushpa. He took a jibe by not referring to the Actor or the film directly. Earlier, another Actor, Pawan Kalyan too indirectly objected to the making of film, Pushpa. Pawan Kalyan said that earlier heroes used to save forest but now it is different with them destroying it. The film has already grossed more than 800 crores worldwide. Apart from this, the film is continuously maintaining its lead on the ticketing platform, Book My Show. Pushpa 2 has sold over one crore tickets till now on Book My Show defining its craze.

Pushpa 2 created a record of booking over 100K tickets in an hour on Book My Show on the opening day. It has also created a record in the advance bookings by raking in more than 3 Million tickets before the release. With Monday, Pushpa 2 will also be crossing 10 Million tickets mark. This is next level stuff from the film.

Pushpa 2 is also poised for a 20 Million ticket sales on the platform in the full run if the same momentum continues. The film has already entered the top categories in major segments. After its run, Pushpa 2 will surely reach the top position in these categories without a doubt.

This comes in the wake of an altercation that took place between the two personalities recently. This is definitely a shocker to the Actor’s fans and audience.

Mohan Babu alleged that Manchu Manoj created a disturbance in his home alongwith his wife. He also said that he appointed few bodyguards around his home who even trespassed into the home creating nuisance. Pushpa 2 held extraordinarily in Hindi version on its 5th day. The early estimates are in the range of 50 crores in India alone shocking all. All the numbers of South versions hold decent. Baahubali 2 in its 1st week has collected 830 crores gross and holds the record till now. Pushpa 2 now has smashes this Baahubali record in just 5 days which is just sensational.

For the 5 days, Pushpa 2 gross was in the range of 840 crores. The film has also created an all time opening record and 500 crore record. Now, with this it has also established the 1st week record.
