Madras High Court Sends Notice To Actor Vishal

Vishal is a well-known actor across South India. Various films of his done a decent business in the Telugu States. Recently a case has been filed by Trident Arts stating that Vishal has made an agreement with their production to do a film under their banner.

Vishal has completed a film titled Chakra under his own production and now he started talks with the OTT Platform to sell the digital rightsand release it directly on OTT platform in various languages. His last film Action was made with a huge budget of ₹40Crs but it only collected ₹12Crs according to the producer. The agreement between the Trident Arts and Vishal was 20Crs guarantee on Action film. Failing the agreement and Vishal was asked to respond to Madras High court by tomorrow (Thursday). As of now Vishal has no right to sell the Digital rights of Chakra for direct OTT release.

From the last few weeks, many films have resumed their film shootings after a long break. Teams of respective films are working hard to wrap the films shoot with back to back schedules. As of there is no sign of re-opening the theater’s many filmmakers are looking to release their films for Sankranthi 2021.

Akkineni brothers have announced that there films Love Story and Most Eligible Bachelor will be hitting big screens during Sankranthi season. Bellamkonda Srinivas’s upcoming film Alludu Adhurs which resumed its shoot 2 days back will also be releasing during the Sankranthi season. Ravi Teja’s Krack which is in last leg of shoot may also release during Sankranthi and the maker have clarified about no plans of OTT release. Coming to biggies Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film Vakeel Saab, Kollywood star Vijay’s Master and much-awaited film KGF2 team’s are heading for Sankranthi 2021 release. If theaters re-open many more medium budget films will be joining the list.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata Non-Theatrical Rights Sold For Record Price

Super Star Mahesh Babu announced his next project with director Parasuram which is titled Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The team is working on pre-production work and they will be starting the shoot very soon in USA.

Title poster which is released on 31st May has generated a good buzz and movie lovers are thrilled with Mahesh Babu’s new look. On Mahesh Babu’s birthday team has revealed the motion poster with a catchy title song BGM. Though the film’s shoot hasn’t begun, Sarkaru Vaari Paata non-theatrical rights were sold for a record price. According to our sources, Sarkaru Vaari Paata Non-Theatrical rights have fetched around ₹50Crs that include Satellite rights, Digital rights and Hindi dubbing rights.

While Keerthy Suresh has been roped as lead actress, S.S Thaman is composing tunes for this commercial entertainer. This project is being produced under Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus in association with GMB Entertainments.

Pan India Star Prabhas recently announced yet another huge budget pan India film with Bollywood director Om Raut which is titled Adipurush. This film will be based on the mythological epic Ramayana and showcase Prabhas as Lord Rama and Saif Ali Khan as Ravana.

This film will be made in 3D with more than 400Crs budget. Director Om Raut and Prabhas are selecting other cast and crew members and the latest buzz is that Oscar Award winner A.R Rahaman is being considered as music director for this film. The pre-production works are going on in full swing and the team is looking to complete the shoot in less than 3 months. Hollywood graphics team will be working for the VFX part of this project. An official announcement regarding the lead actress will be made in the coming months. Bhushan Kumar is producing this film under T-Series.

Allu Arjun and Sukumar are teaming up for the third time after Arya and Arya 2 and this time they’re are making an out and out commercial entertainer. This film is titled as Pushpa and will showcase Allu Arjun in a mass avatar.

Though this film was supposed to go on sets in March that couldn’t happen due to the Corona outbreak. Sukumar has planned to start the shoot in October month in a forest located in Andhra Pradesh but suddenly there is a change in the plan. The title along with the pre-look of Sarkaru Vaari Paata was out on 31st May and has grabbed the attention of movie groovers. As we reported earlier that Parasuram is completing the entire script along with the dialogue version and looking to wrap the shoot within less working days. According to our sources, director Parasuram is planning to fly USA to finalize the locations and later in November Mahesh Babu is set to join the shoot in USA.

Keerthy Suresh will be pairing with Mahesh for the first time and S.S Thaman will be composing tunes for this commercial entertainer. Mythri Movie Makers, 14Reels Plus along with GMB Entertainments will be producing this film.
