Aadi SaiKumar’s Atithi Devobhava First Look Out

Young hero Aadi Sai Kumar has been doing back-to-back films of different genres and is giving opportunities to mostly talented young directors. He has signed his next under Srinivasa Cine Creations. The production No 1 of the banner is being directed by Polimera Nageshwar.

The makers have unveiled title and first look poster of the movie today. Atithi Devobhava is the title confirmed for the film and the first look poster is very interesting. Draped in class attire, Aadi can be seen running towards a mirror, and the image in mirror shows Aadi along with his love interest in the film Nuveshka.

The first look poster makes good impression on the project. Billed to be a love and action thriller, Atithi Devobhava has completed its entire shooting. The makers will soon announce the film’s release date.

Rajababu Miryala and Ashok Reddy Miryala are producing the movie, while Rama Satyanarayana Reddy is presenting it. K Venu Gopal Reddy has penned story and Rajini Rajababu provided screenplay and dialogues. Shekar Chandra scores music, while Amarnadh Bommireddy is the cinematographer.

Music Director SS Thaman is an extremely busy man these days. The composer has films lined up in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi as well. Due to this busy schedule, the composer has walked out of Akhil’s Agent.

As a replacement for Thaman, director Surender Reddy has bought in Hip Hop Tamizha. Interestingly, both Surender Reddy and Hip Hop Tamizha collaborated earlier on much acclaimed Dhruva. The music of the film was well appreciated and marked a grand debut for the young Tamil music composer.

The movie’s shoot is going on at a great pace and the makers are keen to finish up the filming before year-end. As the name suggests, Agent is a spy thriller and will feature the young actor in an action-packed character. In order to fit the bill of the character, Akhil has been working hard at the gym putting on a muscular look.

The spy thriller will have some high-octane action sequences and chases. Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal will be playing a key role in the film. It is being said that Mohanlal’s role in this film would be central to Akhil’s Agent and will drive it.

The excitement for Bigg Boss 5 is growing day by day. As the date of the show’s launch is nearing multiple speculations on contestants and the show have started doing rounds. The reality show will go on floors from September 5th.

The contestant names that have surfaced so far are Lobo, Isha Chawla, Serial Hero Manas, Siri Hanmant, Anchor Ravi, Model Jashwant, Shanmukh Jashwant, RJ Kajal, Actress Shweta, Serial Actress Priya, Zabardast Fame Priyanka Singh, Varshini, Serial Hero Vijay Sunny, Yani Master, Kartikadeepam Bhagya (Uma) and Lahari. Adding to this Priyanka Navyaswamy, Aata Sandeep’s wife Jyoti and Youtuber Nikhil are also speculated to appear on the show.

However, as per recent reports, the final list of the contestants has been changed now. Varshini, Isha Chawla and Priyanka’s names are not featured on the new list. The new names that will be replacing these three are speculated to be those of actor Vishwa, YouTuber Sarayu, Dance Master Natraj, and Singer Ramachandra.

Currently, the contestants are under strict quarantine with no contact with the outside world. The show would air on 5th September and the contestants will go inside the house on 4th.

Ariana will be hosting a special show Bigg Boss Buzz and the makers recently released a promo of the show. The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday questioned film director Puri Jagannadh in connection with its money-laundering probe. The questioning went on for nearly 10 hours post which the director was free to leave. The agency asked him to provide details of his bank accounts for the period 2015 to 2017. Puri appeared before the ED along with his Chartered Accountant after summons were sent last week.





The Enforcement Directorate has issued notices to various Tollywood celebrities, who are connected to the Tollywood industry, in connection with its money-laundering probe.





Actors Rakul Preet Singh, Rana Daggubati, Ravi Teja, Charmee Kaur, Navdeep, Mumaith Khan, and Jagnnadh have been asked to appear before ED between August 31 and September 22. Gopichand starrer Seetimaarr is getting ready for its release on September 10th. The film features Gopichand as a Kabaddi coach and the trailer dropped in a while ago. The trailer features a series of action scenes and gives us a deeper glimpse into the story behind the Kabaddi players. 





Gopichand looks good in the action scenes and the trailer is primarily focused on the backstory of the young girls ‘ Kabaddi team. 














Seetimaarr was earlier scheduled to release on April 2nd earlier this year but ran into multiple financial troubles and lockdown-related delays.





Director Sampath Nandi is teaming up with Gopichand for the second time in his career after 2017 hit Goutham Nanda. The film will also see the combination go Sampath Nandi and Tamannah. The two have earlier worked in Racha and Bengal Tiger. The makers after multiple delays have decided to release the action entertainer on September 3rd.

Vishwak Sen’s Paagal will be steaming digitally from September 3rd. The romantic drama that released earlier this month will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video and an official announcement will be made soon.





The film follows the story of a happy-go-lucky guy in search of true love. Vishwak Sen’s character is highly attached to his mother who passes away when he was quite young. His attachment to his mother prompts him to find a girl who is a shadow of his late mother. 





The movie received mixed reviews and performed sub-par at the box office.  Nivetha Pethuraj, Simran Chaudhary, and Megha Lekha co-starred with Vishwak Sen in this film. Naresh Kuppili directed this romantic drama. 





The movie created enough curiosity and buzz through its unconventional promotions and quirky trailers. Sudheer Babu’s Sridevi Soda Center released last week amidst good buzz. The movie, on its release, started on a decent note in all areas. The action entertainer received poor ratings overall and average word of mouth for the film meant the failed to recover much during the crucial weekend. 





In its 4 days run Sridevi Soda Center managed to collect around Rs 3.4 crores. The business of this Sudheer Babu- Anandhi starrer stands at Rs 11.45 crores. The movie has slowed down considerably after the weekend and the momentum has dried up meaning the film might struggle to recover 50% of its business as well.





The film has done a good pre-release business and has done the highest biz post the second wave. Directed by Karuna Kumar of Palasa 1978 fame, with music composed by Mani Sharma. Megastar Chiranjeevi has his hands full with projects currently. After Acharya, Chiranjeevi will be seen in the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer’s remake. Lucifer starred Mohanlal and Chiranjeevi will be reprising the ‘complete actor’s ‘ role in the remake which has been titled Godfather. This will be directed by Mohan Raja who has been tasked with finishing the project in not more than 4 months.





Post Godfather, Chiru will be seen in Bhola Shankar directed by Meher Ramesh. This project is also a remake of Ajith’s 2015 superhit Vedalam. Vedalam will feature Keerthi Suresh as Chiranjeevi’s sister and the story will revolve around the siblings. 





Megastar Chiranjeevi also has Bobby’s film Chiru154 lined up next. This film is an original story and the first look poster was revealed recently by the makers on Chiranjeevi’s birthday. 





After these two remakes, now we are hearing that Megastar will be working on another remake. The movie that he has chosen in Ajith’s Yennai Arindhaal. The film featured Ajith and Trisha and Megastar reportedly loved the characterization of Ajith as a powerful police officer. He is keen in reprising the same in Telugu as well. 





Incidentally, the movie has already been dubbed in Telugu as Yenthavaadu Gaani. Its raining star kid debuts in Tollywood. After a series of the debut of kids from acting families, now its the turn of hero Srikanth’s daughter Medha to mark her entry in Tollywood. The details of the debut project are still under wraps and will be revealed soon. 





Srikanth is a veteran of 100 plus films and has won a number of accolades in his career spanning more than 100 films. After garnering massive success as a family hero in the 90s and 2000S, he is now focussing more on character and negative roles. 





Srikanth’s elder son Roshan has already made his debut with the romantic drama Nirmala Convent. He will be soon seen in Pelli SandaD.

SS Rajamouli who is currently shooting pan-India independence era action film RRR was spotted at Annapurna Studios on Monday. His presence at the studios alongside NTR sparked rumours of him being the next guest on Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. The show is being shot at a specially erected set inside the sprawling Annapurna Studios.





The ace director was spotted getting down from the car and the visuals were shot by locals. The video has now gone viral on social media with many claiming SSR will indeed be the next guest on the show.













Incidentally, Jr NTR’s co-star Ram Charan was the first guest on the show and appeared on the opening episode of the season. RRR is currently in the final leg of its shoot and the entire unit just returned from a grueling schedule in Ukraine. 





Right now RRR release date is the hot topic in Tollywood with many speculating that the film might join the Sankranti race. Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Radhe Shyam, F3 and Bheemla Naayak are already in the Sankranti race.
