Now the star lady in question has reportedly moved out and is choosing to stay at her friend’s place in the city. She has apparently made up her mind to call it quits and make an announcement on the matter. This has not gone well with members on the actor’s side who are trying to persuade the actress to keep things low for now.

AP government decides to bring its own movie ticketing portal

Andhra Pradesh government has announced that it will be getting its own movie tickets booking portal soon. The decision was announced through a G.O released by the Home Department of the government. The ticketing portal will be managed by AP State Film, Television and Theatre Development Corporation.

This is an interesting development in this area especially after the recent cancellation of the meeting between Jaganmohan Reddy and Tollywood bigwigs. A delegation from Tollywood headed by Chiranjeevi was scheduled to meet the AP CM over the government’s decision to place a slab on tickets that it issued earlier this year.

A committee will be soon established to develop a blueprint and implementation mechanism for this new system. It needs to be seen what happens to the ticket prices issue with the announcement of this new ticketing portal.

Krithi Shetty bags a biggie

Krithi Shetty’s popularity and demand in Tollywood is rising day by day. The actress who made a roaring debut in Uppena earlier this year has been flooded with offers and has already come onboard for many projects.

Krithi has just been signed on for Allu Arjun’s next film Icon. The actress will is reportedly the second lead in the film that will also feature Pooja Hegde.

The actress will be next seen in Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy, Ram’s RaPo19, Sudheer Babu’s Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, and Nithiin’s untitled film. Allu Arjun has already worked with Pooja Hegde in DJ and Ala Vaikunthapurram Lo.

Venu Sriram is directing this film and Icon will be a pan India film. It will go on floors in October once Allu Arjun wraps up Pushpa. Producer Dil Raju confirmed that the script work has been done and that both he and Venu are waiting for Allu Arjun to finish his commitments before they take the movie on floors.

Ram Charan and Shankar’s RC15 launched grandly in Hyderabad

Megapower Star Ram Charan’s much-awaited RC15 was finally launched in Hyderabad earlier today. A special photoshoot featuring Ram Charan and leading lady Kiara Advani has also been planned by the makers. Kiara Advani will star opposite Ram Charan for the second time in this prestigious project which will be bankrolled by Dil Raju. SS Thaman has been roped in to compose music for this film.

Megastar Chiranjeevi, SS Rajamouli, and Bollywood star Ranveer Singh were the special guests for the event. The camera was switched on by Rajamouli while Megastar gave the first clap of the film.

The film was earlier scheduled to go on floors in August as stated by Dil Raju. However, the existing schedules of Charan didn’t permit the launch earlier. The film’s pre-production works have been going at a great pace for the past few months and the film is slated to be shot in a much quicker time than any of Shankar’s previous films

This film is going to be on an anti-corruption theme. Ram Charan’s character is going to play an anti-corruption crusader in this social drama. This film is going to be unlike any of the other Shankar films. Reportedly, heavy usage of VFX and costly sets that are a part of Shankar’s films will be missing in #RC15.

Date locked for Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe first look reveal

The date of the first look reveal of Super Star Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe is out. The makers of this much-awaited film have decided to reveal the first look on 10th September. The action drama directed by Siruthai Siva also stars Nayanthara, Jagapathi Babu, Meena, and Keerthy Suresh in key roles. 

A large part of the film has been shot in Hyderabad and the makers set up special sets in the Ramoji Film City to shoot during the lockdown. The movie unit had taken special permission from the authorities to shoot the film at night during the night curfew in the city.

The film has almost completed its entire filming and is being readied for a Diwali release. Annaatthe is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. The music is composed by National Award winning music director D Imman.

Ranveer Singh off to Hyderabad for RC15 grand launch

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has left for Hyderabad for the grand launch of Ram Charan and Shankar’s RC15. He is one of the special guests for the film’s launch along with Mega Star Chiranjeevi and SS Rajamouli.

Ranveer Singh incidentally, will be starring in Shankar’s next pan-India film which is going to be a remake of the director’s 2005 blockbuster Aparichitudu. Meanwhile, RC15 will co-star Kiara Advani alongside Ram Charan.

The music of the film is by S Thaman. Sai Madhav Burra has been roped in to pen the dialogues for the film. Dil Raju will bankroll the project on a massive scale under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

With his much-awaited film Seetimaarr all set to hit the screens this week, hero Gopichand spoke to the media and spoke about the film and what to expect. Speaking about the beginning of the Seetimaarr journey, the actor said,
“After Gautham Nanda, Sampath and I decided to collaborate again. As decided he came with script to me but it was a message-oriented film which I didn’t like. Later he returned with a sports action drama which is Seetimarr which I immediately okayed.”

Gopichand also added that this will be a different film from all the earlier Kabaddi films made in Tollywood. This sports action drama has a perfect mix of sports action with mass elements. There will also be some good emotional sequences between him and Bhoomika who plays his sister in the film.

Speaking about his future projects, he said that he is currently working on Pakka Commercial which is almost done, and also has a film with Srivass coming up next.

Tamannah is playing the coach of the Telangana Kabaddi team. Mani Sharma has composed music for this sports action film . Srinivasaa Chitturi is bankrolling the film under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen

Khiladi first single ‘Istam’ to be out on September 10th

Ravi Teja’s much-awaited Khiladi’s first single will be releasing on September 10th. The makers of the film took to social media to make the announcement through a promo. Titled ‘Istam’, the song is a romantic number picturized on Mass Maharaja and Dimple Hayathi. Devi Sr Prasad has composed the tunes for this film.

Ravi Teja is back in form with Krack and the inside reports on Khiladi are also quite positive. He will be seen in a double role in this film which is reported to be packed with thrilling action sequences.

The film has also been getting delayed for quite sometime but director Ramesh Varma has promised the fans that the wait will be worth it.

Kiara lands in Hyderabad for RC15

Kiara Advani was spotted at the Hyderabad airport earlier. She arrived in the city to take part in the puja of director Shankar and Ram Charan’s #RC15. Reportedly, the puja ceremony will be followed by a photoshoot featuring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.

On July 31, producer Dil Raju’s took to Twitter to welcome Kiara Advani on board. She will be playing the female lead in the trilingual film. The full-fledged shooting of this period film will commence sometime later this month.

Ahead of the film’s puja, Kiara Advani was spotted at the Hyderabad airport. Ram Charan will be seen alongside Kiara Advani after Vinaya Vidheya Rama in this film. Sai Madhav Burra has been roped in for the dialogues while SS Thaman will compose tunes for the film.
