Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry passes away, leaves the industry in grief

Renowned Telugu lyricist Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry passed away on Tuesday. The 66-year-old lyricist, who was awarded the Padma Shri in 2019, reportedly died of lung cancer. After the news of Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry’s death, Twitter was deluged with tributes for the late lyricist from members from Tollywood.

The legendary lyricist was admitted in KIMS, Hyderabad on 24th November after developing respiratory complications. He was shifted to the ICU immediately where he was under round-the-clock observation before he breathed his last today at 4:07 PM.

Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry wrote over 2000 songs in his career. He rose to popularity with his song Vidhatha Thalapuna for K Viswanath’s 1986 film Sirivennela.

Ace lyricist Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry is currently undergoing treatment in Hyderabad’s KIMS Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital on 24th November and was suffering from Pneumonia and was immediately shifted to the ICU.

The Hospital has released a medical bulletin regarding the legendary lyricist’s health. The officials have revealed that Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry, 66is currently in ICU under complete observation round the clock from specialists. He had been suffering from breathing issues for quite a while and is currently receiving all the support from the medical staff.

The doctors have assured of best of support and a speedy recovery to one of the most celebrated lyricists of Tollywood. The officials will constantly keep updating his well-wishers on his condition through the medical bulletins.

Bangarraju final schedule begins today

Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya starrer Bangarraju final schedule will begin today. The makers are planning to wrap up this schedule within a month with December 24th as the wrap-up date.

Kalyan Krishna is directing this project which is a prequel to the 2016 socio fantasy Soggade Chinni Nayana.

Naga Chaitanya will be teaming up with Nagarjuna for the other lead role. The makers recently revealed Naga Chaitanya’s look and it received a great response.
