RRR అమెరికన్ చిత్ర పరిశ్రమ నుండి వరుసగా అవార్డులను తన ఖాతాలో వేసుకుంటుంది. ఇటీవలే ప్రతిష్టాత్మక న్యూ యార్క్ ఫిల్మ్ క్రిటిక్స్ సర్కిల్ నుండి RRR చిత్రానికి గానూ దర్శకధీరుడు ఎస్.ఎస్.రాజమౌళి ఉత్తమ దర్శకుడు అవార్డును గెలుచుకున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. కొద్ది రోజుల్లోనే RRR 2022 సంవత్సరానికి అట్లాంటా ఫిల్మ్ క్రిటిక్స్ సర్కిల్ అవార్డును గెలుచుకుని మరో అరుదైన ఘనతను సాధించింది.

RRR Wins One More Prestigious Award

RRR is on a roll, winning prestigious awards of American film fraternity. As we know maverick director SS Rajamouli won best director award for RRR of the prestigious NY Film Critics Circle. Just within days, it achieved another rare feat by winning Atlanta Film Critics Circle award for the year 2022.

The movie has won the best International Picture award for the year 2022 facing a stiff competition from movies across the world. The movie was well received by critics, movie lovers in the USA. The nerve wracking action, fierce dance number, melodrama, anti colonialism as the theme impressed the movie lovers especially action genre fans.

Directed by SS Rajamouli and starring the two Telugu superstars Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, RRR has hugely impressed the western audience and critics. The period-action extravaganza continues its victory march and by winning the Atlanta Film Critics Circle awards, it has strengthened the chances of RRR picking up multiple nominations at the 95th Academy Awards next year, which will be presented next year on March 12.

Generally Indian movies rarely go beyond NRIs or people from an Indian origin at the USA box office. However, due to Netflix, the film got a wider reach, which made the film to be an international hit, especially in the USA. It has been in the top non English movie position for many weeks.

The movie is also creating a great buzz in Japan, emerging as the biggest Indian movie ever there. This is quite a recognition for Indian cinema, and Rajamouli has really pushed the envelope and put Telugu cinema on a global map.

He may actually get the best director nomination at the Oscars, which is a dream even for great directors and might actually win it. Kudos to the visionary director.

We know that Nandamuri Balakrishna is acting under the direction of Anil Ravipudi for his 108th movie. It is being told that the director Anil Ravipudi attempted to cast a Bollywood actress in this to star opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna.

However, his attempts were vain, it seems. Reports are coming that Sonakshi Sinha was approached for the film, but the producers gave up the idea after she cited an enormous price.

According to the sources, Anil Ravipudi is now in favor of casting Telugu girl Priyanka Jawalkar. It is also being said that he recently did a photoshoot with her.

After this news came out, many people in social media are criticizing the idea of casting a young heroine opposite Balayya. Hit3 movie has been the most of the discussions of film lovers since the release of Hit-2 (Hit: The Second case). This second installment in the cop series has been a tremendous victory with getting good acclaims for its content and box office collections as well.

Nowadays, franchises are running a dread. If a film gets success, it is turning into customary for a series of franchises to emerge. As the films that have been made as franchise are developing into hits, the heroes are putting these types of franchises in line.

However, it is very unlikely for each franchise to work with one hero. ‘HIT’ is a crime thriller with such delicate stories. We know that this movie was made with Vishwak Sen in the lead character.

The franchise’s second outing had Adivi Sesh as KD (KrishnaDev) as a powerful Ruthless investigative police officer, the film has become a massive success as said above.

Before the release of Hit2, there have been a series of reports that natural star Nani will play the lead role in ‘Hit3’, At the end of ‘Hit2’, hero Nani made his entry as a Ruthless police officer and this led to many discussions. Many of the audience felt that it is difficult for Nani to impress as a Ruthless cop in ‘Hit3’. ‘బాస్ పార్టీ’, ‘జై బాలయ్య’ అనే రెండు పాటలను వాల్తేరు వీరయ్య, వీరసింహారెడ్డి చిత్రాల యూనిట్లు తాజాగా విడుదల చేసాయి. ఈ రెండు సినిమాల పై మంచి హైప్ ఉన్నందున ఈ పాటలు చార్ట్ బస్టర్స్ అవుతాయని అందరూ ఆశించారు.

మెగాస్టార్ మూవీ వాల్తేరు వీరయ్య చిత్రానికి దేవిశ్రీ ప్రసాద్ సంగీతం అందిస్తున్నారు. దేవి ప్రస్తుతం తన టాప్ ఫామ్ లో లేరు, కానీ ఆయన మాంచి ఊపు ఇచ్చే ఐటమ్ నంబర్లను సృష్టిస్తారని పేరు తెచ్చుకున్నారు. కాగా ఆయన పాటలు సోషల్ మీడియాలో వైరల్ అవుతాయి.

ఇక వీరసింహారెడ్డి విషయానికి వస్తే జై బాలయ్య పాటను మాస్ గీతంగా అభివర్ణిస్తూ చిత్రబృందం విడుదల చేసింది. ఓసేయ్ రాములమ్మ, వచ్చాడయ్యో సామి (భరత్ అనే నేను) పాటలలా ఈ పాట ఉంది. ప్రేక్షకులకి ఈ పాట ట్యూన్ ఫ్రెష్ గా అనిపించలేదు కానీ విజువల్స్ ఓకే అనిపించాయి. ఈ పాటకు 11 రోజుల్లో కేవలం 13 మిలియన్ వ్యూస్ వచ్చాయి.

వాల్తేరు వీరయ్య, వీరసింహారెడ్డి సినిమాల నుంచి వచ్చే మిగతా పాటలు 50 మిలియన్ వ్యూస్ తో చార్ట్ బస్టర్ అవుతాయని ఆశిస్తున్నాం. రెండు సినిమాలకూ హైప్ పెంచే బాధ్యత ఇప్పుడు దేవి శ్రీ ప్రసాద్, తమన్ ఎస్ వంటి సంగీత దర్శకుల పైనే ఉంది.

Both Songs Boss Party and Jai Balayya are not chartbusters

Boss Party and Jai Balayya are the two songs which have been released newly by the units of Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy films. All expected both songs to be chartbusters.

We know that Megastar Chiranjeevi and Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna are locking horns for Sankranti-2023. They released recently their first singles with a lot of hype around them. Fans of these stars were on a high to listen to these songs.

However, the response after the songs getting dropped is below par. Both songs failed to fetch good views on YouTube, which shows that the songs haven’t received the expected appreciation and they’re not chartbusters.

Megastar movie Waltair Veerayya’s music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. He is currently not in his top form, but he is known to create peppy item numbers which would go viral on social forms.

However, Boss party song has failed to create the expected huge numbers on YouTube. It only could get 20 million views in 13 days. DSP’s singing stretch in the song was trolled widely on social media as well.

Coming to Veera Simha Reddy, the team released Jai Balayya song calling it an mass anthem. The song was like Osey Ramulamma and Vacchadayyo Saami (Bharath Ane Nenu) songs. The Tune didn’t feel fresh, but the visuals were okay. In 11 days, the song could get 13 million views.

We hope that the other songs from Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy become chartbusters with 50+ million views. The responsibility to raise the hype is now on the music directors of the films, who are Devi Sri Prasad and Thaman S.
