కరోనా వల్ల సినిమా వాళ్ళు ఎంత నష్టపోయారా అందరికి తెలిసిందే , థియేటర్స్ ఎప్పుడు ఓపెన్ చేస్తారో తెలియదు , షూటింగ్స్ ఎప్పుడు స్టార్ట్ అవుతాయో తెలీదు . ఈ పరిస్థితులకి భయపడి కొంత మంది నిర్మాతలు ఇంకా ఎక్కువ కాలం ఎదురు చూడకుండ OTT ప్లాటుఫార్మ్స్ కి అమ్మేయాలని చూస్తున్నారు . ఆలస్యం అయ్యే కొద్దీ తెచ్చిన అప్పులకి వడ్డీలు పెరగడం తప్ప ఎం లాభం లేదని ఎంత వస్తే అంత తొందరగా బయట పడాలని చూస్తున్నారు , ఈ విషయం గురించే థియేటర్ ఓనర్స్ వాళ్ళు భయపడుతున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే సినిమా బిజినెస్ లేక లాస్ లో వున్నా థియేటర్స్, OTT రిలీజ్ అనేది భయానికి గురి చేస్తుంది . లొక్డౌన్ తర్వాత థియేటర్స్ ఓపెన్ చేసిన ఇంతకముందుల జనాలు వస్తారో రారో తెలీదు , ఇప్పటికే OTT కి చాల క్రేజ్ వచ్చేసింది , ఇంకా సినిమాలు OTT రిలీజ్ చేస్తే జనాలు థియేటర్స్ కి రావడమే మానేస్తారు . ఇప్పుడు వున్నా పరిస్తతి లో అసలు OTT కి సినిమాలు అమ్మకూడదు అనే రూల్ పెడితే తప్ప థియేటర్స్ లో సినిమాలు రన్ అయ్యే పరిస్థితి లేదు . జనాలకి సినిమాలు చూడాలంటే థియేటర్స్ కాకుండా ఇంకో ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వకూడదు , అప్పుడే థియేటర్స్ నిలబడతాయి. ఒక్క మాటలో చెప్పాలంటే థియేటర్స్ లో రిలీజ్ చెయ్యాలనుకుంటే OTT లో రిలీజ్ చేయొద్దు లేదా డైరెక్ట్ గ OTT లోనే రిలీజ్ చేసుకోండి . నా సినిమా , నేను బాగుంటే చాలు అనుకుంటే మీరే జనాలని థియేటర్స్ కి దూరం చేసిన వాళ్ళు అవుతారు .

కరోనా ముందు కూడా మనం చూసాం OTT వాళ్ళ సినిమాలు ఎంత ఎఫెక్ట్ అయ్యాయో , మంచి టాక్ తో కూడా వీకెండ్ తర్వాత నిలబడని సినిమాలు ఎన్నో వున్నాయి . ఇంకా ఇప్పుడు వున్నా పరిస్థితి లో డిజిటల్ కి సినిమాలు అమ్మేస్తే జనాలు థియేటర్స్ కి ఎందుకు వస్తారో అని ఒకసారి ఇండస్ట్రీ వాళ్ళు ఆలోచించాలి . దీనికి హీరోస్ , డైరెక్టర్స్ ,ఆర్టిస్ట్స్ , టెక్నిషన్స్ సహకారం ఎంతో అవసరం , తమ రెమ్యూనరేషన్స్ తగ్గించుకుంటే నిర్మాత కి ఎంతో మేలు జరుగుతుంది , లాభాల్లో షేర్ లు తీసుకునేలా ఉండాలి కానీ ఎవరు ఎలాపోయిన మా డబ్బులు మాకు కావాలి అనుకుంటే మీ సినిమాలు చూడడానికి థియేటర్స్ లో ఎవరు జనాలు లేని పరిస్థితి వస్తుంది . బడ్జెట్ తగ్గిస్తే ప్రొడ్యూసర్ కి డిజిటల్ రైట్స్ అమ్ముకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉండదు అప్పుడు జనాలకి సినిమాలు చూడాలంటే థియేటర్స్ తప్ప ఇంకో ఆప్షన్ ఉండదు , సినిమాలు కూడా ఎక్కువ రోజులు థియేటర్స్ లో నడిచే అవకాశాలు ఉంటాయి అలాగే జనాలని కూడా థియేటర్స్ కి దూరం చెయ్యకుండా వుంటారు . ఈ పరిస్థితి మారే వరకు అయిన ఇది చెయ్యక తప్పదు . అలాగే థియేటర్స్ వాళ్ళు కూడా జనాలకి ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది భయం లేకుండా తగిన జాగ్రత్త లు తీసుకోవాలి , అప్పుడే జనాలు థియేటర్స్ కి వస్తారు దీనిలో థియేటర్స్ వాళ్ళు ఏ మాత్రం నిర్లక్ష్యం వహించిన ఇండస్ట్రీ అంత బాధ పడాల్సి వస్తుంది , సినిమా మార్కెట్ పడిపోతుంది .

థియేటర్స్ ఉంటేనే డిస్ట్రిబ్యూటర్స్ వుంటారు డిస్ట్రిబ్యూటర్స్ ఉంటేనే ప్రొడ్యూసర్స్ వుంటారు , ప్రొడ్యూసర్స్ ఉంటేనే హీరోస్ , టెక్నిషన్స్ , డైరెక్టర్స్ , సినిమా ఉంటుంది . ఈ పరిస్థితి లో లాభం అయిన నష్టం అయిన అందరు కలిసి పంచుకుంటేనే ఇండస్ట్రీ నిలబడుతుంది . OTT కోసమే సినిమాలు చేసుకుంటే అక్కడే రిలీజ్ చేసుకోండి , లేదు థియేటర్స్ లో జనాలు సినిమాలు చూడాలనుకుంటే థియేటర్స్ లోనే రిలీజ్ చెయ్యండి ఆన్లైన్ ప్లాటుఫార్మ్స్ లో కాదు , ఈ కరోనా నుండి బయట పడేవరకు అయిన సినిమా ని డిజిటల్ రైట్స్ అమ్మకుండా ఉంటే అందరికి మంచిది . ఆన్లైన్ ప్లాటుఫార్మ్స్ థియేట్రికల్ షేర్స్ ని , థియేటర్స్ ని తినేస్తాయి. ఇప్పుడు వున్నా పరిస్తతి లో ఇంకా ప్రభావం ఎక్కువ ఉంటుంది , మీరే జనాల్ని థియేటర్స్ కి దూరం చేయొద్దు .

ఇటీవల పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గబ్బర్ సింగ్ చిత్రం ఎనిమిది వసంతాలు పూర్తి చేసుకోవడం తో చిత్ర దర్శకుడు హరీష్ శంకర్ ఇంతటి ఘన విజయాన్ని అందించిన అభిమానులకి, తోటి టేక్నిషియన్స్ కు ట్విట్టర్ నీ వేదిక గా చేసుకొని ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేయటం జరిగింది. ఇందులో సినిమా నిర్మాత బండ్ల గణేష్ పేరు లేకపోవటం గమనార్హం.

దీని గురించి బండ్ల గణేష్ నీ ఒక ఇంట్వ్యూలో అడగగా, అది ఆయన సంస్కారం, హరీష్ శంకర్ కి రీమేక్ సినిమాలు తియ్యటం తప్ప ఏమీ రాదని, సొంతంగా కథ రాసుకొని సినిమా నీ హిట్ చేస్తే ఇండస్ట్రీ వదిలి వెళ్లిపోత అని ఘాటుగా స్పందించాడు.

ప్రస్తుతం అశ్విని దత్ , నాగ్ అశ్విన్ ప్రభాస్ మూవీ కోసం వర్క్ చేస్తున్నారు , భారీ బడ్జెట్ తో ఈ సినిమా తెరకేక్కునుంది . 2022 లో ఈ సినిమా ని రిలీజ్ చెయ్యడానికి ప్లాన్ చేస్తున్నారు . ఈ సినిమా తర్వాత జగదేక వీరుడు సీక్వెల్ మొదలు కానుంది .

Power Star Pawan Kalyan who is simultaneously working for both Vakeel Saab and #PSPK27 where Vakeel Saab is being directed by Venu Sriram and #PSPK27 by Krish. As announced Pawan Kalyan will be teaming up with Harish Shankar after these two films.

Harish Shankar who earlier gave a much-needed blockbuster for Power star with Gabbar Singh which released in 2012. Not only fans but also film groovers are excited about this combo. Harish who tasted success with Gaddalakonda Ganesh wants to make yet another complete mass entertainer and buzz is that this film will be titled “Ippude Modalindhi” as Harish has given a Thank Note yesterday on the eve of Gabbar Singh 8th anniversary.

Harish Shankar has also confirmed that Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad will score music for this mass entertainer which will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

Currently, we are witnessing a remake trend in Tollywood as most of the films are doing good at Box-office most of them are interested in remaking the films. Besides these, Multistarrers are also being welcomed by the audience. Senior actors like NTR-ANR, Super star Krishna-Shobhan Babu were cast in multistarrers which was later followed by medieval actors Chiranjeevi, Mohan babu, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh.

Muli-starrer films in this generation have begun with Seethama Vakitlo Sirimala Chettu which stars Super Star Mahesh Babu and Victory Venkatesh. Later many directors made multi-starrer films in Tollywood and few became successful. In recent times Venkatesh-Naga Chaitanya, Nagarjuna-Nani has given decent multisatrrer pictures.

Megastar Chiranjeevi who has been working for Koalrata Siva’s Acharya has planned quite a few films after the lockdown ends. He is going to be cast in Lucifer remake which will be directed by Sujeeth. Later he is going to be a part of a film which will be directed by Bobby and as per industry buzz, it said that it would be a multi-starrer film and handsome hunk Rana is being considered opposite Chiru. As Chiranjeevi is well versed in acting with co-stars in the past, he will be quite comfortable in sharing screen space with anyone. Let’s hope this Mega multi-starrer go on sets.

But Maruthi had returned his advance with interest and quit the project.

Although Sriwass hasn’t had good films apart from Lakshyam and Loukyam his last film was Saakshyam which failed at Box-office, it turned out to be his chance in launching the young talent. We are yet to know whether the audience are going to witness this young talent or not.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan who is making his comeback to films after a small political break has announced three back to back films and out of which 2 films started its shoot. Vakeel Saab is his upcoming which is being directed by Venu Sriram.

Vakeel Saab is an official remake of Bollywood’s PINK that released in the year 2016 which stars Amitabh Bachchan. PINK is a sensitive subject that revolves around how Amitabh fights the girl’s case against influential people. The team of Vakeel Saab has made prominent changes to the script which appeals to the Power Star image and Tollywood audience. As per the inside buzz, two action sequences were shot out which one will be for interval block are to be major highlight of this film. In a recent interview Thaman who is scoring music for Vakeel Saab has stated that ” As a big fan of Pawan Kalyan garu I have been waiting to compose music for his film and now I got the chance, We have already composed few songs which will be out soon.”

Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, Prakash Raj are playing crucial roles in this film and this project is being bankrolled by Dil Raju and Bony Kapoor under Sri Venkateswara Creations.
