Exclusive: Nishabdham Digital Rights sold for a whooping price

Due to the lockdown effect as we said earlier few films are looking for OTT release. First Tollywood big film to have OTT release is Nishabdham. Here’s Track Tollywood exclusive complete details about Nishabdham Digital rights.

Anushka Shetty’s Nishabdham was made in multiple languages. It is scheduled to release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam on 2nd April. As the lockdown has been implemented and theaters have been closed for a while the makers have decided to go on with OTT release. Leading OTT platform Amazon Prime Video has brought the digital rights of all languages for a whopping price of ₹26Crs. The team has been satisfied as they have got table profit by selling digital and satellite rights. Amazon is working with the content and offical announcement from makers will be out soon. Nishabdham may be premiered on Prime Video from next month as there are many releases scheduled.

Nishabdham is being directed by Hemanth Madhukar which also casts Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju, Avasarala Srinivas. This film has been bankrolled by KFC Entertainments and People Media Factory.

Lyca Official Statement About Indian2 Release

Indian2 is the most anticipated movie from Kollywood as it the sequel of Blockbuster Indian. The Telugu version of Indian is Bharateeyudu which released simultaneously in the year 1996. There are many rumors about Indian2 in recent times and Lyca Productions came up with official statement.

From the past few days, there were many rumours surfing about Indian2. And one of that is Indian2 will be released in two parts as the time duration is too long. Trashing the rumours Lyca stated that we are really unhappy with the rumours about Indian2 on social media. Indian2 will just be releasing only in one part and ending work is going on now. He also added that they are ready to resume shoot post Lockdown. Indian2 is a very crucial film for both Kamal Haasan & Shankar as their last releases failed at the box-office. Indian2 also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simha in important roles. This high budget film is being produced by Lyca Productions.

KGF2 Replaces RRR Date

KGF which is one of the big-budget film from Sandalwood has created a sensation at Box-office in all versions. As we know that KGF Chapter2 was scheduled to release on 11th October. But now KGF finds new releases date.

KGF was released on 21st December 2018 and later after a small break team has united to make its sequel which will be KGF Chapter2. Initially, they planned it to release it for 2020 summer season but to delay in shooting part the film got postponed. A few months before the team came up with the release poster of KGF2. But due to the Corona virus outbreak, the film shoot part has been paused. Makers are now aiming for Sankranthi 2021 release. It would be considered a good season and KGF will be on open ground as RRR release has been pushed further.

KGF2 stars Yash and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. Sanjay Dutt, Raveena, and Rao Ramesh are roped in for crucial roles. While Ravi Basrur is scoring music Prasanth Neel is directing this film which is being produced by Vijay.

Pawan Kalyan to do another Remake?

Remaking a film by acquiring the film rights is common in any industry but not all films see the same success. Tollywood stars have done many remake films and Pawan Kalyan stands top in the list. Pawan is currently working for Vakeel Saab which is an official remake of Bollywood film PINK.

KGF Team Filed A Complaint

KGF which released on 21st December 2018 become a huge sensation not only in Kannada but also in all languages it released. The producer team of KGF has recently filed a complaint.

Although KGF digital rights have been sold to Amazon Prime, the satellite rights haven’t been sold yet. But recently a Telugu local cable channel has telecasted the complete movie without any permission from the team. This news reached out to the producer and he has filed a complaint on that channel. KGF is getting ready with the sequel which completed most of its shoot has been completed. Earlier KGF2 is scheduled to release this October but going by the present situation the film seems to be postponed. Most probably the team is looking to sell both parts of satellite rights at a time.

Thalapathy Vijay’s Master which completed its shooting part was scheduled to release on April 10th. But due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the film release has been postponed. Here is Vijay’s Master Team New Release Plan.

It’s known fact that Vijay is the top star of Kollywood who enjoys immense fan following is continuously delivering hit films at box-office. His films are doing good business not only Tamil Nadu but also in Telugu. His last film Whistle has collected nearly ₹10Crs in Telugu states. Diwali season which is considered as one of the best seasons for film releases and Vijay’s past three films Bigil, Sarkar, and Mersal were also released for Diwali season and scored blockbusters. Now the Master team is planning to release their film for this Diwali which falls on 14th November. Master is currently under the post-production stage and Tamil’s first copy will be ready soon. Telugu copy will be delayed as the Telangana government has still not given permission for post-production work. Master Telugu rights acquired by Mahesh Koneru who released Whistle in Telugu states.

Master is being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and this film also stars Malavika Mohanan, Vijay Sathupathi, and Andrea in important roles. Music is being composed by Anirudh and this film is being produced by Britto.

కరోనా వల్ల సినిమా వాళ్ళు ఎంత నష్టపోయారా అందరికి తెలిసిందే , థియేటర్స్ ఎప్పుడు ఓపెన్ చేస్తారో తెలియదు , షూటింగ్స్ ఎప్పుడు స్టార్ట్ అవుతాయో తెలీదు . ఈ పరిస్థితులకి భయపడి కొంత మంది నిర్మాతలు ఇంకా ఎక్కువ కాలం ఎదురు చూడకుండ OTT ప్లాటుఫార్మ్స్ కి అమ్మేయాలని చూస్తున్నారు . ఆలస్యం అయ్యే కొద్దీ తెచ్చిన అప్పులకి వడ్డీలు పెరగడం తప్ప ఎం లాభం లేదని ఎంత వస్తే అంత తొందరగా బయట పడాలని చూస్తున్నారు , ఈ విషయం గురించే థియేటర్ ఓనర్స్ వాళ్ళు భయపడుతున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే సినిమా బిజినెస్ లేక లాస్ లో వున్నా థియేటర్స్, OTT రిలీజ్ అనేది భయానికి గురి చేస్తుంది . లొక్డౌన్ తర్వాత థియేటర్స్ ఓపెన్ చేసిన ఇంతకముందుల జనాలు వస్తారో రారో తెలీదు , ఇప్పటికే OTT కి చాల క్రేజ్ వచ్చేసింది , ఇంకా సినిమాలు OTT రిలీజ్ చేస్తే జనాలు థియేటర్స్ కి రావడమే మానేస్తారు . ఇప్పుడు వున్నా పరిస్తతి లో అసలు OTT కి సినిమాలు అమ్మకూడదు అనే రూల్ పెడితే తప్ప థియేటర్స్ లో సినిమాలు రన్ అయ్యే పరిస్థితి లేదు . జనాలకి సినిమాలు చూడాలంటే థియేటర్స్ కాకుండా ఇంకో ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వకూడదు , అప్పుడే థియేటర్స్ నిలబడతాయి. ఒక్క మాటలో చెప్పాలంటే థియేటర్స్ లో రిలీజ్ చెయ్యాలనుకుంటే OTT లో రిలీజ్ చేయొద్దు లేదా డైరెక్ట్ గ OTT లోనే రిలీజ్ చేసుకోండి . నా సినిమా , నేను బాగుంటే చాలు అనుకుంటే మీరే జనాలని థియేటర్స్ కి దూరం చేసిన వాళ్ళు అవుతారు .

కరోనా ముందు కూడా మనం చూసాం OTT వాళ్ళ సినిమాలు ఎంత ఎఫెక్ట్ అయ్యాయో , మంచి టాక్ తో కూడా వీకెండ్ తర్వాత నిలబడని సినిమాలు ఎన్నో వున్నాయి . ఇంకా ఇప్పుడు వున్నా పరిస్థితి లో డిజిటల్ కి సినిమాలు అమ్మేస్తే జనాలు థియేటర్స్ కి ఎందుకు వస్తారో అని ఒకసారి ఇండస్ట్రీ వాళ్ళు ఆలోచించాలి . దీనికి హీరోస్ , డైరెక్టర్స్ ,ఆర్టిస్ట్స్ , టెక్నిషన్స్ సహకారం ఎంతో అవసరం , తమ రెమ్యూనరేషన్స్ తగ్గించుకుంటే నిర్మాత కి ఎంతో మేలు జరుగుతుంది , లాభాల్లో షేర్ లు తీసుకునేలా ఉండాలి కానీ ఎవరు ఎలాపోయిన మా డబ్బులు మాకు కావాలి అనుకుంటే మీ సినిమాలు చూడడానికి థియేటర్స్ లో ఎవరు జనాలు లేని పరిస్థితి వస్తుంది . బడ్జెట్ తగ్గిస్తే ప్రొడ్యూసర్ కి డిజిటల్ రైట్స్ అమ్ముకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉండదు అప్పుడు జనాలకి సినిమాలు చూడాలంటే థియేటర్స్ తప్ప ఇంకో ఆప్షన్ ఉండదు , సినిమాలు కూడా ఎక్కువ రోజులు థియేటర్స్ లో నడిచే అవకాశాలు ఉంటాయి అలాగే జనాలని కూడా థియేటర్స్ కి దూరం చెయ్యకుండా వుంటారు . ఈ పరిస్థితి మారే వరకు అయిన ఇది చెయ్యక తప్పదు . అలాగే థియేటర్స్ వాళ్ళు కూడా జనాలకి ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది భయం లేకుండా తగిన జాగ్రత్త లు తీసుకోవాలి , అప్పుడే జనాలు థియేటర్స్ కి వస్తారు దీనిలో థియేటర్స్ వాళ్ళు ఏ మాత్రం నిర్లక్ష్యం వహించిన ఇండస్ట్రీ అంత బాధ పడాల్సి వస్తుంది , సినిమా మార్కెట్ పడిపోతుంది .
