Allu Arjun’s AAA cinemas is a new option for promotional events

Allu Arjun’s AAA cinemas opened last week with the screening of Adipurush. Film lovers and industry insiders have appreciated the latest multiplex in the city for its projection facilities and technical prowess. AAA Cinemas also has something special for the Icon Star fans in form of a lounge where the star’s awards and memorabilia have been kept for display.

Apart from these facilities, AAA Cinemas is fast becoming a popular option for film industry events. Nikhil’s Spy trailer launch event will be held tomorrow in AAA cinemas. This will be the first event to be held in the auditorium. Till now most of the promotional events happened in AMB cinemas now AAA cinemas becomes a new option for industry people.

AAA Cinemas has a total of 5 screens. Screen 1 is of 67ft in height and has Barco laser projection with ATMOS sound. Screen 2 is an EPIQ Luxon screen with ATMOS SOUND. The rest of the screens have 4K projection and all screens are equipped with Dolby 7.1 sound. AAA Cinemas will be a treat for all cinema-goers in Hyderabad.

The multiplex was inaugurated after a pooja on the 14th of June, followed by the opening of the mall, cinemas, and Foodcourt on the 15th by Telangana’s Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Allu Arjun himself.

Ever since it was announced that Prabhas will be working with Prashanth Neel for Salaar, comparisons with KGF became widespread. These comparisons became even stronger with the release of the first look and some even declared that Rocky from KGF and Prabhas’ character from Salaar belong to the same universe and there might be a link.

Comparisons and such theories aside, Prashanth Neel has already declared that Salaar will be his grandest and most action-packed film ever. This has created huge expectations for the film. Sriya Reddy, who will be seen in the film spoke at length about Salaar and it has now taken fan’s already high expectations even higher.

Speaking about the film, the actress said that the will blow the audience’s mind. “It’s nothing like you’ve seen before and Prashanth Neel has created a Game of Thrones-like universe. That world will feature the mighty Prabhas and other characters and each and every moment of the film will blow your mind.” She further added Salaar will be bigger and grander than KGF and the audience and Prabhas fans in particular will be beyond satisfied.

After the poor reviews for Adipurush and the downfall in collections that it witnessed on Weekdays, all eyes are now on Salaar, and Prabhas fans have set high hopes for this project. The makers have officially announced that Salaar will be released on September 28, 2023. Meanwhile, there are also plans to postpone the release date to Sankranthi 2024. However, we need to wait for the official confirmation from the unit.

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram is finally going to shooting sets after a series of postponements. The film had got off to a rocky start, but it got suffered with one after another roadblock coming in its shooting progress. The shoot has been delayed several times and recently, the news of Thaman, the film’s music director and the female lead, Pooja Hegde exiting the film has also made a big noise. Although the producer of the film, Naga Vamsi cleared that Thaman is still the part of the movie, Pooja Hegde’s exit is almost confirmed. Meanwhile, the shooting of Guntur Kaaram is finally said to be on track from this month end.

It is being reported that the unit of Guntur Kaaram is planning to complete the shooting without any breaks until the end of this month. A huge house set will be made ready for the next schedule. It is also being said that in this schedule, some crucial scenes will be shot with Prakash Raj and Mahesh Babu. The team is making every effort to make sure there is no further delay in the filming and Guntur Kaaram is all ready to be released during the next Sankranthi.

After a 12-year gap, Mahesh Babu and Trivikram are coming together with this movie, and the superstar fans have piled up massive expectations on the result of Guntur Kaaram. Let’s wish that the movie becomes a superb, successful venture for all the parties involved.

KGF star Yash finally committed to his next project?

A year has passed since the release of Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2. The movie was a massive hit at the box office and broke box office records everywhere it was released. In fact, the film made an impressive Rs 100 crores in Telugu, which is a remarkable accomplishment for a dubbed movie. All eyes are now set on Rocking Star’s upcoming film, with everyone wondering what lies next after KGF.

After KGF 2, Yash did not commit to any project. Although multiple directors approached him for a movie from all the industries, nothing was confirmed or announced officially. Now the industry circles are suggesting that Yash has finally committed to a project and an official announcement will soon happen, this time for sure. A few months ago, it was reported that Yash19 is locked and ready to fire, and the Rocking Star will be working with Malayalam director Geethu Mohandas. Adipurush crosses 300Cr mark at worldwide box office

Prabhas’ much-awaited big-budget epic Adipurush was released last week amidst mostly poor reviews and word of mouth. Such was the anticipation for the project that the audience flocked to the theatres and advance bookings itself led to humungous collections initially.

This euphoria settled down by the first weekday on Monday and the film saw a massive drop. Despite the massive drops, the film has managed to hit a major landmark. With today’s collections, Adipurush has crossed the Rs 300Cr mark at the worldwide box office. It is the 4th 300Cr+ grosser for Prabhas after Baahubali, Baahubali2, and Saaho. This is also the most by any South Indian hero.

Directed by Om Raut, Prabhas featured as Lord Ram while Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, Sunny Singh as Lakshman and Deva Dutta Nage as Lord Hanuman.

Theatrical rights of the Telugu version are valued at 190 CRS and overall, the combined break-even mark for all versions of the film is 320 CRS. The film needs to have a good run at least until the next weekend to be in the safe zone, but looking at the current trend, the target looks far away for Adipurush.

Leo’s CG will be in international standards says producer

It is very well known to everyone that Thalapathy Vijay is currently working Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo. The film is surrounded with massive hype, and already it has created records even before the release. Already, Leo’s non-theatrical rights, digital rights, and overseas rights were sold at record prices. Now, Lalith Kumar the producer of the film, reveals an interesting update regarding the film’s CG work.

Lalith Kumar in a recent media interaction said that the film, Leo’s shooting will be wrapped up by this month’s end. He stated that the CG (Computer Graphics) of the film will be of International standards, because they are doing CG with the same company who did RRR. Lalith Kumar added that they have some bigger plans for the marketing of the movie in the North Region and also in the Overseas. Meanwhile, the film’s director, Lokesh Kanagaraj had given a shock to his fans by saying he will retire after making 10 films.

The young director who has achieved his own image and stardom through the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU) into existence has recently made an announcement that he may retire from the film industry forever after directing a total of 10 films.

In an interview with the media, Kanagaraj said: “I don’t have any long-term plans. Nor do I want to hold on to this place for a long time. When I entered the cinematic realm, all I wanted to do was try it out. That’s why I made short films. When I realised that I was able to resonate with people, I made it my profession. I will do 10 films and I will quit.”
