Power star Pawan Kalyan is now officially on Instagram

For a few days, it was reported that Power Star Pawan Kalyan will make debut on the popular and influential social media platform, Instagram. This morning, the actor who is fondly called as Power Star by his fans and admirers has now joined the platform.

Pawan Kalyan shared no posts on Instagram, but more than 426K users have already started following him within two hours. Also, it is needless to say that his follower count will increase more and more in the coming hours. Pawan Kalyan has put the same profile picture for Instagram that he uses on Twitter. Now the fans and other audiences are expecting Pawan Kalyan to share his political views and movie updates on his Instagram account, and his bio reads, “Yelugetthu, Yedirinchu, Yennuko . Jai Hindi!”

Pawan Kalyan is presently busy in conducting ‘Varahi Vijaya Yatra’ tour as a part of Jana Sena party’s political campaign in the two Godavari districts for a few days now. The public is flocking like anything to witness Pawan’s speeches. People are coming wherever he is present. The first phase of the yatra ended recently.

When it comes to the movies, Pawan Kalyan is currently busy shooting for OG under Sujeeth’s direction and Ustaad Bhagat Singh with director Harish Shankar. His upcoming movie, BRO The Avatar, is scheduled to be released in theaters on July 28, 2023.

In today’s times, it is not enough to just make a good film. It has become increasingly important to promote the film and more importantly, market the film in the best way possible. Naga Shaurya ‘s new film, Rangabali team tried it’s best to get the notice of the audiences. The advance bookings for the film are not at all encouraging and now Rangabali must need to get unanimous positive word of mouth and reviews.

Rangabali team somehow failed to create the buzz in audience as the songs were not much popular and though the trailer was good it did not worked like a great thing for the film. However the hero of the film, Naga Shaurya and the team is very confident on this film’s success.

But as of now it seems audiences are not interested to watch this film which resulted in a very poor advance bookings for the film. Now the film, Rangabali needs to get an  unanimous positive talk to bring the audience to the theaters. 

Apart from Naga Shaurya, Rangabali stars Yukti Thareja as the female lead, while Shine Tom Chacko appears as the antagonist after Nani’s Dasara. Satya plays the hero’s friend character while Sarath Kumar also present in the film. The film’s Music director is Pawan CH and the cinematographer is Divakar Mani. Directed by Pawan Basamsetti, Rangabali is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas.

The film starred Ravi Teja and Jyothika and received critical acclaim. The duo then collaborated 5 years later for the superhit Mirapakay in 2011. During an AMA session on Twitter, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja was asked when would he collaborate with Harish Shankar again. Ravi Teja, in his inimitable style, directed the question to the director who gave an exciting update. The director confirmed that he will collaborate with Ravi Teja for a period drama and more updates will be shared soon.

At the moment, the Mass Maharaja is busy with Tiger Nageswara Rao which is lined up for later this year. He also has Eagle coming up next. Harish Shankar is busy with Ustad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan and there is a possibility of this pan-India film being shot after that.

Meanwhile, after the teaser got released and received a massive response, the makers are now quoting record prices for the film. Thalapathy Vijay quitting the movies for politics is the latest hot buzz in Kollywood industry. It is very well known to everyone, Vijay has signed his next project with director Venkat Prabhu and this film will go to sets on this October and the unit is planning to release the film on next year’s Diwali.

Though this news is a rumor for now, inside reports strongly suggest that Vijay is likely to take a big break from the films or quit the movies to enter into politics. Reportedly, he is focusing to contest in the next year’s Tamil Nadu elections after Venkat Prabhu’s film. However, as said above, all this is just a strong rumor and nothing has been officially confirmed now.

The news of Vijay getting into the politics started when he recently attended the felicitation event for students of Classes 10 and 12, which was organized by his fan club, All Indian Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyakkam. Multiple pictures and videos of the actor were spread as he interacted with young students, and took their gifts, became viral on social media. The actor who is currently working on Leo sat down with the students without the attitude of a Star, and the fans appreciated his simplicity. He wore a yellow shirt and jeans for the special event.

Hero Nikhil is not happy and disappointed with Spy

Nikhil’s much-anticipated action thriller Spy was released on June 29th in theaters and opened to largely negative reviews. The film managed to pull the audiences into the theaters on the opening day but failed to maintain the same tempo afterward and now the film is heading towards a failure at the box office. Hero Nikhil who was against the film being released on June 29th and wanted to take more time to get the required content and quality is now not happy and very disappointed with the result.

Spy did not get released in many languages, including Hindi. The National Multiplexes that account for 80% of revenue for the Hindi movies did not play the movie because of the contract issues. It is being reported that the OTT agreement was also one of the reasons as generally the Hindi movies will have a gap of eight weeks from the theatrical release whereas Spy OTT deal has been reportedly closed for four weeks. Because of the rush in the works, Spy did not get the grand release which the unit wanted.

Akhil’s Agent is not releasing in OTT?

Akhil Akkineni’s Agent movie is going through an interesting turn of events regarding its OTT release. The film, which was released amidst massive hype among the Akkineni fans and the trade circles, had become a terrible disaster at the box office. Now, even after such a disastrous result, the film is still being a part of the moviegoers’ discussion due to the delay in its OTT release.

It was reported that Agent will go through an editing process again and a new version of the film will be streamed on OTT. However, producer Anil Sunkara clarified about the rumors, and he confirmed that Sony Liv is not editing the movie and the rumors OTT version are not true. Anil Sunkara stated that the content of the Agent is still with them, and he also said Sony Liv still did not ask them for the content.

With the statements of Anil Sunkara it looks like the negotiations of the film, Agent’s producer and Sony Liv OTT platform did not work out and as of now Akhil’s Agent will not be released on OTT in the near future.

Agent movie was produced under the banners of AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema, Vakkantham Vamsi has written the film’s story. Sakshi Vaidya played the female lead in the Agent movie. Hip Hop Tamizha composed the tunes. Bollywood actor Dino Morea played the antagonist. Urvasi Rautela sizzled in a special song.
