Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty starrer Miss Shetty and Mr Polishetty was all set to be released on August 4th. However, the recent reports strongly suggested that the movie be postponed from August 4th. Now the makers have officially announced that their film has postponed the release and they will come up quickly with the announcement of trailer and new release date.
UV Creations, the official Production house of the film, took to their official Twitter account and apologized for the delay in the film’s release and assured they will update about the trailer and new release date shortly. The film had brought nice craze because of the lead pair, which is a unique combination. Anushka Shetty, a senior actress, and rising star Naveen Polishetty paired up for the movie. The names of the lead actors also influenced the film’s title.
The teaser was impressive, the songs were decent, but the film somehow was unable to continue the initial hype. While everyone expected the makers to reveal the trailer and speed up the promotions, the postponement news has arrived to disappoint the fans.
Made as a romantic comedy, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty is written and directed by Mahesh Babu P. As said above, Anushka Shetty will appear in the role of a chef in the film. Murali Sharma, Jayasudha, Tulasi, and others play important roles. The film is slated to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
