Every year, there is always stiff competition between movies for the Sankranthi spot and usually, the big stars get their films released during the festive season to pull in the maximum crowds.
This coming Sankranthi is no different either, with many movies eyeing the spot for the holiday season. While Prabhas’ Adipurush is a confirmed Sankranthi release, there is currently a tussle between Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna.
Balakrishna is adamant about releasing NBK 107 on the occasion of Sankranthi but Chiranjeevi’s Mega 154 is also up for release. The main dilemma is that Mythri Movie Makers are the producers of both films. Both the heroes are forcing the makers to release their film for Sankranthi.
To add to all of this, now the makers of Akhil’s Agent are looking to release the film for Sankranthi. This is a very bold decision considering Prabhas’ Adipurush and a potential Chiranjeevi or Balakrishna release. This must mean that the makers are extremely confident in their product. This year’s Sankranthi Telugu releases are proving to be very exciting.
Looking at the current market, the content will always emerge victorious. As long as Agent delivers in terms of content, it is sure to become a blockbuster.
