After long speculations on their impending wedding, Kollywood star couple Nayanthara-Vignesh Sivan are all set to tie the knot. The star actress and the director will get married on June 9th at Mahabalipuram.
The couple recently met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and invited him to the wedding. Ever since Nayanthara-Vignesh started dating, they have been inseparable and have also been hounded by questions regarding their wedding. This Kollywood couple has worked together on successful films like ‘Naanum Rowdydhaan’ and ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’
Earlier last year, Nayanthara had confirmed her engagement and the news went viral. The actress was on a talk show where she showed her ring while responding to a question and stated that it was her engagement ring.
Meanwhile, the wedding has become even more special for the fans of the actress as it will be shot and premiered on Netflix. Gautham Menon will take care of the direction of the wedding movie.
According to a source, “Nayan and Vignesh are getting married at a resort in Mahabs, (Mahabalipuram) in Tamil Nadu. It will be low-key in presence of close friends and family members followed by a lavish wedding reception in Chennai. The wedding preparations are on in full swing. Everything would be very traditional and personalized.”
