After the massive success of Akhanda last year, fans are eager to see what Balakrishna has in store for them. Following up Akhanda with another mass entertainer, Balayya has teamed up with Gopichand Malineni for NBK 107. This is the first time the actor-director duo will be working together and the movie went on floors a few months ago.
There were a lot of speculations regarding the NBK107 release date. Earlier it was expected that the film will release for Dusshera. However, it has now been pushed from that date and Mythri Movie Makers have decided on another festival date. NBK 107 will now release on 23rd December for the Christmas weekend.
Gopichand Malineni has claimed that this is based on true events. The director has clarified that this is going to be an action entertainer with mass elements to suit Balayya’s image. Gopichand Mallineni has done extensive research for the script and spent a large part of last year in libraries.
Shruti Haasan will star opposite Balakrishna in this project. This will be her third film with the director after Balupu and Krack. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will also star in this project which will be backed by Mythri Movie Makers.
