A web series based on the life of noted red sandalwood smuggler Veerappan named as “The Hunt for Veerappan” will also stream on Netflix from August 4.
Another movie titled Soul Catcher will also be streaming on Netflix. The movie will show the life of a Sainik contractor. Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 will start streaming on Disney Hotstar, another OTT platform, from August 4.
Daya, a Telugu web series, will be streaming on Hotstar from August 5. It also stars JD Chakravarthy, Eesha Rebba and anchor Vishnu Priya. Pareshaan a rural comedy made in Telangana backdrop starring Thiruveer will be streaming on Sony LIV. The movie, which seemed to have got okay response in the theaters, is expected to get impressive views on OTT.
