Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming action thriller Leo is all set to be released on worldwide screens in another 5 weeks and the film has a massive craze in the Tamil industry and Telugu as well. Already the UK advance bookings of the film have started, and it is smashing records by registering a sale of over 18K tickets. Now the latest reports suggest that the makers of Leo are planning paid premieres and midnight shows in India.
As now there is no permission for the benefit shows in Tamil Nadu due to the new rules, so the team of Leo is in plans for early premiers in Tamil Nadu on 18th October’s night to cash the craze, and it is being heard that they want to release the film in India and overseas at same time. Even in other states like Kerala, Karnataka, Telugu states, the makers are planning to arrange midnight / benefit shows.
Leo will face noted Telugu films upon its release on Dasara in the form of Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari and Raviteja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao. But still, the film is having a superb craze in the Telugu film audiences and if the paid premiers receive a positive talk then the film can create records at the box office.
Leo is an action thriller written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film stars Thalapathy Vijay, Sanjay Dutt and Trisha in the main roles. This film has surrounded by a massive craze in both Telugu and Tamil languages and will be released in theaters on October 19, coinciding with the Ayudha Pooja weekend. Gautam Vasudev Menon, Arjun, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan and Priya Anand are part of the supporting cast. The film, produced by Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy, has music scored by Anirudh Ravichander.
