Laxmmi Bomb OTT Deal
Due to Lockdown many film industries are looking for direct Digital release. Already a few couple of producers have closed the deal with OTT Platforms. Not only a medium budget or small budget movies but star hero movies are also looking for OTT Release.
Amitabh Bachchan starrer GulaboSitabo team has already announced its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video. Now yet another Bollywood film Laxmmi Bomb which is an official remake of Kanchana is also gearing up for OTT release. According to buzz around BTown Disney+ Hotstar has offered a whopping price of 120Crs to acquire the digital rights of this film. If this is true, this would be the highest ever digital price for an Indian film. Laxmmi Bomb was initially scheduled to release on May 22nd but due to lockdown that didn’t happen. Though the film shoot has been wrapped up, there is still a bit of post-production work to be done.
Laxmmi Bomb stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. This film is directed by Raghava Lawrence and being produced by Cape of Good Films in association with Tushar Entertainment House.
