Shahrukh Khan’s Jawan has got off to an extraordinary start and scripted Bollywood history on Day 1. It collected the highest-ever figures in the history of Hindi cinema and emerged as a unanimous blockbuster. Day two was fantastic and Day 3 was even more shocking. Jawan Day 3 is the best single day in Bollywood history with 90Cr+ gross and today is going to be even bigger. The film is on rampage mode and set to collect more than 100Cr gross today.
This will be a new benchmark in the history of Bollywood. Overall, the film has collected 145Cr gross on day3 which takes the total gross to 385Cr and will cross the 500Cr gross mark today. It’s an all-time record weekend for Bollywood.
The film is touted to be a commercial entertainer and features Shahrukh Khan in a double role – an intelligence officer and a thief. The film was shot across Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Rajasthan, and Aurangabad on a grand scale. Anirudh Ravichander composed for the film, and made his debut as a solo composer in Bollywood.
Jawan also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani along Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt in cameo roles.
