Puri Jagannath announced a project Jana Gana Mana with Mahesh Babu 4 years ago. But due to various reasons that the project hasn’t materialized. A few months ago Puri Jagannath made some shocking comments regarding his collaboration with Mahesh Babu. But a few days ago Mahesh mentioned that he is ready to work with Puri if he comes up with the good script.
Now Puri Jagannath in his recent interview (Tuesday), shared that Jana Gana Mana is his dream project and is going to be the PAN Indian film. He hasn’t confirmed anything about the cast of this project. Will Puri narrate the story to Mahesh or some other actor. Puri is now busy with his new project Fighter featuring Vijay Devarakonda and Ananya Pandey in the lead roles. Vijay has taken special martial arts training in Thailand to achieve the perfection of his character. The team calls it a PAN India film as it is going to have its Hindi release simultaneously and will be dubbed in other regional languages too. Karan Johar will be releasing the Fighter in Bollywood. Puri Jagannath says he is confident about Fighter and it will be one of his best films.
