Hanuman which released on this year Sankranthi became a biggest blockbuster. The film starring Teja Sajja grossed nearly 300 crores worldwide also becoming a Pan India hit. Its sequel, Hanuman 2 was announced immediately after the film’s success. The film was also titled Jai Hanuman by the makers. But it is now learnt that the Jai Hanuman’s producer has changed.
Primeshow Entertainment was the production company behind Hanuman. The company even started pre-production works of the sequel. But Mythri Movie Makers have come forward to become the new producers of Jai Hanuman. The reason behind this is not known yet. The film is speculated to go on set in 2026 after the Director of the film, Prashant Verma completes his current project with Mokshagna, Balakrishna’s son.
The announcement of his film with Mokshagna is expected to happen soon. Mythri Movie Makers is also learnt to act as producers of this film. This film is also planned as part of Prashant Verma Cinematic Universe, PVCU. Anyways, this is a great opportunity for Mythri Movie Makers to cash in on the hype of Hanuman. Teja Sajja will be obviously play the lead role again and this will be made as a Pan India biggie.
